Literally I was sceptical at first since i booked a smoking room and its on a lower floor,I was thinking the room would be filled with bad odour,but it hit me wrong.I was impressed by the housekeeping staff maintaining the room well for a smokung room.Well done.The front office staff had given a prompt and reliable service.I call the front counter to inform that theres tv connection error but in vain.I hung up and upon my astonishment,counter did a follow up call and i manage to relay my concern.And the best part upon minutes maintenance team attended to it..Well done guise..!!!👏👏👏Have done a good customer service.I will sure be back again for another stay with this awesome service given.

The design of the room, neat & tidy with cooling light brown colour. Bed and pillow very comfortable till i slept well. Aircon functioning well The cuctomer service staff are so cheerful and helpful This hotel is are so clean Alls of the staffs done great service

The remote control, for tv should not put tape and it with no cover for room 718 Buy new remote Cause it hang many time changjng channel The room tv, have to make clear vision. There are spotty vision in every channel, that goes same.with room 719 tv room Some suggestion, for breakfast Up grade some dish by added something make tummy full The nasi lemak only included with hot dog steam, egg , sambal and kacang goreng ikan bilis Try to add meat like fish nugget to make it more complete The foods are alls delicious, only needs some added to make enjoying breakfast No milk for children This hotel have the pontential for 5 star standart Thank you

Hotel is easy enough to find in the middle of a commercial area. Plenty of food options around including restaurants and fast food chains. Free parking is also available on premises, or at the adjacent open lot. Room itself was spacious and clean, with all facilities in working order. Overall good value for money.

Breakfast was a major disappointment - fried rice and noodles were tasteless and mushy, porridge was somewhat bland (even after adding condiments), and the cereal was also somewhat stale. While the price we paid for the breakfast was pretty cheap when booked online together with the room, it still felt like the money would've been better spent having a simple breakfast outside.

The spacious room is the best and also the clean room make us happy.

The price for children additional pay Rm25/pax for breakfast is not worth it and we have to pay additional for two child. We get to the breakfast lobby around 9 a.m, Most of the food and hot drink has finished with a lot of Indonesian delegates. At least, just let us have breakfast without any additional cost already can make us satisfied. My child just eat 2 pieces of bread with jam. Sigh.

The location,the room (JUNIOR SUITE,) ,the bed,the pool is all good and worth the price..love the room and kids enjoys the pool..so many shops nearby the hotel..easy and fast check in..cleanliness is good during my stay..

except for the breakfast is a little bit dissapointed...the tag says nasi lemak but they put nasi goreng kampung instead..i was so confused because all of the nasi lemak condiments is there but no nasi lemak they say..additional price for breakfast is rm20 for kids or adult..same goes with fried kue tiaw..they put mee goreng instead and apple juice,they put orange juice..for the noodles station,nothing but noodles and plain soup..they only put condiments for porridge for porridge..so overall,i satisfied with the stay except for the breakfast..maybe i will repeat to stay at the hotel but without the breakfast..eventho i am the kind of person that love to have a breakfast at every hotel i stay....but i give a NO to the breakfast here until they kind of improve it.. Thank you..

The front conter staffs are very fast and very friendly. This hotel near by got alot of food choices too. Those need quite envoirement can choose this hotel.Worth the price and very clean and neat.And we had a choice to view you tupe channels too. Most of the 5star hotels doesn't have this facilities but V8 had. Great place to stay. A Special Thanks to the Management for giving such a Facilities and Very Polite and Helping Staffs.Thank You, Sure to Come back.

Hotel location easy to find but the location in the middle of residential area. Highlight at this hotel is pool because kid can enjoy their time with the pool and supa dupa with this budget firendly price. Thank you

Room was good but wifi signal in our room was very bad. We have to use our own hotspot to watch android tv. Breakfast okay with that price can considered okay. Not much variety, but the seating arrangement too crowded and have be careful when to take the food.

The room is spacious and pretty clean. The location of the hotel was convenient too.

The toilet roll in the toilet was almost used up when we checked-in and there was no spare anywhere in the room. Had to request for it separately. The box face tissue in the toilet was almost used up too. Only 2 pieces left. It wouldl be good if these details were taken care of before a guest checks-in.

i love the modern design of the room. reaally really nice. and its not expensive. affordable. pool ror the kids. awesome. definitely will come again

not much except tv cant be switched on and had to call technician and was fine after that. shortly after realise shower floor was clogged with water, had to call the technician again. not sure if this was their tactic but im happy with the room and price though. good 9/10

The staff was the nicest staff especially at the lobby counter Ms. Aqilah. I have never encountered a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Ms. Aqilah waiting for me on late check-in, thanks Ms. Aqilah & team! In the nearby hotel, we can just be walk-in to get MCD, KFC, PIZZA HUT, and DOMINOS! But Malay food difficult to get

Card ACCESS is only one piece for each room. So if we would like to get the food at the lobby we have no choice but to wait for the lobby boy (Bangladesh) to accompany us to the lift. Suggest the hotel provide an extra access card for every room! (2 cards per rooms)
