The hotel room was good and the aircon was excellent. However, the bathroom door was squeking. Hse keeping should take note on this. Please improve on the parking space. Hotel guest should have allocated parking space. Do improve on this. Thank you

Plenty of (paid) parking outside the area. Nearby a mall. Nearby many shops and restaurants. I stayed alone in a room for 1. It was alright for 1 night stay. Clean.

Checked in later than supposed to, so there weren't many parking especially in the evening.

The room is clean and the essentials (towels, toiletries) are provided. It's great that the hotel has water dispenser at the lobby as well. Location of the hotel is great with plenty of restaurants, bakeries available within walking distance.

My room is a non-smoking room, however, there is a smoking room located 2 rooms next to mine. I appreciate the specific facility provided separately but I think it shouldn't be located in the same corridor / floor as the other rooms. The smoking room users going in and out at odd hours (especially late night) created noise along the corridor near my room. The room didn't prevent smoke from going out because I could smell it in my room and that affected my comfort. Thankfully, the staff was quick to help me freshen up the room upon my request. But, the smoke smell eventually reenters my room over time.

The location hotel near to the mall, easy to parking and have lot of choices of food around hotel.

I think the hotel can try to improve some simple breakfast meal such as toast, instant nasi lemak or instant Briani to get more attractive to clients instead of instant noodles.

Always being my choice when travel to work to JB. Easy access to anywhere. Suitable location to my office.

Not really soundproof. Thin wall maybe. I'm able to hear "my neighbor" using their toilet & able to hear snore from other room. haha

the location is great, easy access to the mall in front of hotel for food & needed

the pray in the room is tight, so i choose the same room every time i came here because that room is manageable for the pray purpose

Such a excellent place to stayed. Very near to Shopping Mall, Convenient Store, Restaurant and for those who non-muslim there is pub as well. Great as well for elderly person because there is lift provided too.

Not much parking provided by hotel itself. For muslim visitor especially want to perform prayed, it's a bit small space if you picked Queen Room but If you were picked Single Room, there is literally no space at all. Luckily there is nearest mosque just 300m from hotel so I guess it's okay.

This is my 2nd time stayed at this hotel. I am impressed for the towel decoration on the bed, appreciate the staff put effort on it. The location was great, near to Sutera mall and Paradigm Mall. Walking distance to the nearby food restaurant.

The pillow texture too soft. The TV channel selection is limited.

The location- coffee shops, bakery and supermarket within walking distance. Powerful aircon and comfortable bed. Good for one night's stay.

We can hear sound from the opposite room very loudly.

Very very clean room. Stylish with reasonably “atas” feel. Very accommodating as I’ve asked for early check in and they tried as previous day guest checked out early.

Room size a little bit small but this just made it cozy. :)
