Near eateries, karaoke, durian stall opposite, cat and dog cafe, chagee (for those who love it lol). Walking distance to Sutera Mall as well.

Sound proof wasnt very good. The slightest "chat" and you can hear the full convo. Lol. Abit disturbing for a light sleeper like me.

Everything is good and comfortable Friendly staff, good location nearby got a lot of food choices.

Very easy access to mall and various shops in Sutera area. Have been staying for 3 times and the overall cleanliness is getting better with the affordable prices per night.

Not good in sound proof, you can hear very clearly children running at the corridor early in the morning and banging the door for hours.

All basic needs are replenished daily. Water dispenser provided in the hallway. Spacious family room. Parking is easy to find but remember to pay.

The shower tap holder is broken. Windows area cleanliness is bad.

Very inconvenient, the room is on the second floor and you need to carry luggage up the stairs, there is no lift.

Location wise, nice.

Room cleaners should check with reception if my room was empty or not, because cleaner opened the door while i was sleeping. Which woke me up, it was not pleasant.

Location is at Taman Sutera. Got Family Mart next door. Very near Sutera Mall. Got durian stall opposite hotel.

Room can be cleaner. The hotel lif is not functioning (rosak). Very trouble some to climb 3 floors without lift.

Not worth for money

1. No lift for my 4-day 3-night stay, have to carry the baby with the stroller up and down the staircase everyday. 2. Cleaning service is only available after 4pm according to the staff and I have to keep reminding the counter for them to come. 3. According to the staff, housekeeping is changing the two towels, collecting rubbish and giving 2 bottles of water, that's it. 4. The staff were not honest when we requested a bedsheet change, she said they got it changed but it's not when we check it ourselves. When we went down and checked with it, the staff then replied they only changed it on request, though we had requested for it and by asking the counter before we went back to the room. 5. The hotel room door is spoiled and we have to wait for it to be repaired twice and only can use a key to open and lock. 6. The hotel room telephone line is malfunctioning and we have to go dow n whenever we need to pass a message. 7. The staff said they and the Booking can't do the refund for us on our arrival when we are informed the lift is not operating.
