The check in was fast and hassle free. The staff that I communicate with through whatsapp are friendly and responsive. We love that it's right above Paradigm mall. The apartment is really spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The Aircons are working wonderfully. It didn't take long for the room to get cold. The only downside is we only get one access card and we need an access card to enter the building and the lift. It's pretty inconvenient when the people you travel with want to go separate ways. My son and I want to go to the pool while my parents are going for breakfast. Either I hold the card and go up after we are done and come back down to fetch my parents when they are done or my parents hold the card and I have to wait for them to fetch us at level 7 after they are done. It's pretty troublesome. Would love to stay here again if we were given two access cards. I'm sure the management has a reason for only providing one access card but I really hope that they can make it possible to give two access cards to the customers.

Very convenient. Just above paradigm mall which has everything under the sun. Fast wifi.

Not very clean. Toilet was very smelly, has flies in there. Too little towels. No place to hang the towels. Staff/owners/JBCITY were very unhelpful. Complicated, troublesome & rigid procedures for check in & out. Extremely slow response from staff, pace like tortoise.

Room was fresh i liked it when the beddings is fresh & clean. Kitchen is complete with utensils. Free water via water dispenser. Rooms were spacious enough

With only one key card and we are a group of two families with different kinds of activities to do outside, we are limited to go out because of that one key card and only was informed a day before arrival. This is a good point for improvement.

The apartment is huge, clean with fresh bedsheets, and towels..floor is sparkling clean, no sticky dust on the soles of our feet or see any strands of hair anywhere..cleaning team does a good job...quick response from concierge when we informed one of the aircon is not cold and maintenance team is sent up in less than 30 mins..the rest of the aircon are well maintained, very cold...

It would be great if drying rack is available in the apartment.. we washed clothes but got to hang by the windows.. have to request hanging rack from concierge depends on availability..the kitchen sponge had bad odour..not a big issue, we bought a new one..

the location is superb, it is located directly above the paradigm mall. the home is brand new and everything still looks new.

the cleanliness need to be improved, there are stain on pillow, bedsheets. all the utensils are so dirty that I don’t even dare to use them. there are lack of chairs in room and also no hook in bathroom. so there’s no place to hang your clothes when you shower. there are also no hand towel so you won’t able to dry your hands. I think it won’t able to maintain well with all these shortcomings. we also wanted to use the game room and I have text the host if he can book the game room for us but they didn’t even bother the respond. there are four lifts that goes to the mall, three goes to UG level while one got to level 4. you have no wait to determine which lift will come, so sometimes u can go direct to level 4 and sometimes u don’t. this is rather frustrating.

Love the location and the mall is great for kids with games and kids clothes in abundance. Checkout parkson the jeep brand.room was worth the money. But toilet cleanliness could be improved you can see stains that can be easily removed still on the walls.This time the room is so much better and smells great when you enter. Though the Toilet floor is so slippery when wet it's just so risky. That's my only worry.we brought our own toilet slippers as precaution. But kids and old folks have to be careful. Staff always so friendly and helpful.so it's really a bonus. Will definitely stay again.

Cleanliness overall especially the toilet totally new renovated apartment. Aircon and high-floor.

The automated door lock to access the apartment. The instructions was in Mandarin which is foreign to us. Two cards were given; access card with black cover was exclusively for access to parking lots. While the card with grey cover was only for door access. The card with the grey cover was given but it could not access the main door of the apartment. They should indicate on the cards to specify their specific usage. The staff should have explain in detail about the individual card usage.

Perfect location and enough parking space and good condition of room. All good to my family

They provide only one key for even family guest. Due to a very strict security system, the elevator and all doors need to key card. So it is an inconvenient thing to family.

second time staying in this airbnb. great location within Paradigm Mall and can consider centre location of legoland, city sq mall, mid valley southkey. 2 queen beds are comfy with great city view. almost everything is provided except toothbrush, toothpaste, laundry detergent, tissue paper. will consider here for my 3rd stay.

late check in. no luggage storage provided. only luggage storage is at the locker in the mall, near Paradigm Residence. but if first day is on wkend, very high chance the large locker will be full if plan to come early. cause inconvenience while waiting to check in.

The whole unit was comfortable. Sure will come back again more often with my family.

The car park lot was really too far to the entrance for the lift entry.
