Price is ok n location is excellent

The king deluxe room with window is beside the main road. The traffic noise even with the window closes is quite loud. Please consider window with soundproof or insulation to minimise the noise will make the experience exceptional

Near to mall and it was value of money.

Waiting area for check in is too hot. No Air cond was turn on. Staff need to be more friendly during customers check in or check out. Don't lazy to stand up to serve customers.

Staff very helpful. The location. Clean very well. Big n spacious room. All the item in place. Towels are clean.

Can hear the corridor people walking, bathroom door was unable to close. Aircond not so cold. Lift also not in v good condition.

The room is spacious and clean. There is side table for each of the bed. The receptionist was quick to deliver praying mat after i called her.

Staff was very polite and soft-spoken. It's good that there was a call to confirm my check-in. The room was not that big, but still comfortable. Perfect for 1-2 night stays but I don't recommend longer than that. The bathroom was clean and decently big. They also provide sufficient toiletries for my 3 nights stay.

There were no hangers. Not sure if I'm supposed to ask for it? So we just chuck all the clothes at the small space provided for it. For 2 nights there was a really disturbing noise from the room beside us. This may only be the customers' fault, but I'm mentioning it here too just in case. The ones booking next to us probably had problems with the door since they kept banging on it and trying to force it open. It happened for 2 nights so I assume they were drunk or something. Couldn't sleep because of the noise.

Maybe the stair can be more easier to find. Bathroom could be more cleaner.

The staffs are very friendly and tolerable. Even though my room doesn’t have a window, it’s very comfortable and super clean. The bathroom is also big enough. Worth the price.

In the morning, it’s very noisy and it’s not soundproof. I can hear the cleaner’s laugh and people walking. It distracted me a bit. Maybe you can provide hangers too.
