Breakfast has variety which is good. Free lunch provided - a good promotion from hotel! Excellent points for that!

The air-con filter is not looked into even though it needs cleaning. In time to come, it will spoil the air-con faster. Such maintenance cannot be saved. Car park free access entry to public which is less secure. Should not be like that.

Easy access

Theres one thing that I would like to highlight. I stayed for 2 nites with my mum, room with bfast. Bfast was nice, we love it. But then, what is your SOP for the food served in the coffeehouse if the guest bring it out from the coffee house? I saw with my own eyes the guest after dine in their bfast, holding the food (i think its like in foil container) and walking pass by the door. Did you guys allow this to happen? Guest is allowed to take out the food from the coffee house to their room? (I guess maybe they will heading up to the room back by looking at they dress up) I’ve been travelling alot local and international but I never seen that happen. But then might be ur SOP allow this to happen.

The room is big and clean though it is a little rundown. But its clean. Value for money. Good spread of breakfast too. There is a staff who ensure that food was topped up... i would want to make a comeback

I was upgraded because was told that the room Amerin Suite I booked is not available. I was upgraded to executive suite which is an addition area of the balcony but lower floor. The reception does not look happy because I turned down the upgrade. He even repeated "upgrade" which I fully understand. I was actually puzzled when he said the suite I booked is not available. Haha! I am sorry for turning you down... but I prefer to remain with what I've booked because it is at higher floor. Thank you for acceding to what has been booked.

The room is the same as in the photo, the shower water is slow so hard to use the ceiling-mounted option. Breakfast selection is standard but good as they have quite a good number of selections. The swimming pool and bar area are quite nice as it's on the roof deck at 15F so you can see quite a nice neighborhood view. Close to Giant and a 7-Eleven that is not 24-hour like other countries.

I find the aircon inside the unit is not so cool, you can sleep without the blanket on an 18-degree setting. We asked about the parking ticket, as the instructions were abit blur but luckily a few people so easier to reverse from the parking, they should give a separate parking ticket for guests so it won't be an inconvenience.

Love the very spacious rooms. Been to this hotel thrice and tried different types of rooms but all 3 were spacious. The surrounding also had a few shops and a small mall opposite.

The hotel is quite run down in the sense that they could do a revamp. Old and broken shower hose, soap placer, not maintained glass windows near bathtub and many more. Also some drainage smell since we stayed in the last room of the level.

Check in/out was a breeze. Was able to check in early as there are rooms available. Room was spacious and clean. Staff’s were friendly and helpful. Foods for Sahur were nice and delicious. Special mentioned to Front Desk staff Ms Iqa for delivering excellent service and Housekeeping staff Mr Rizal for his honesty and integrity. Kudos to both of them 🤗.

Good value for money, opposite CW3 bus terminal, near KFC, Seven 11 downstairs, opposite from Perling Mall, close proximity to Paradigm Mall and Aeon Mall. Great food options within 2 km distance. Buffer breakfast was very decent. I love a black cat that seemed to guard the door at night.

Sound proofing of the room insufficient, especially when you have inconsiderate neighbours.

The food is totally not what i expected. I came back just because last year stayed for one nite and during sahur the food was fantastic.but to my regret the sahur this morning was so awful the mee goreng doesn't taste anything. The chicken curry was salty and the fried fish had a fishy smell. 👎👎

D size was ideal for 4 adults. D lobby n room floor was clean n nice smelling

D room n toilet door were poorly planned. Carpets in d room could have been vacuumed before people get to d rooms. Overall👍👍👍

Cleanliness is very good, all facilities work well (TV, air conditioning, water heater, etc.), room provided side by side which makes it easier to access each other especially traveling with children, room on the lower floor even though this is a tall building hotel. Breakfast 2 days is excellent which is a different main course every day. Overall satisfied 4 Star Hotel.

No balcony provided, the room is not connected to each other (cannot get the connecting room if booked through booking.com), the towel is not thick enough but still acceptable, the room service menu is not longer time.
