We booked the room with the queen size bed. The room was spacious and the bed super comfy. My wife had a hard time waking up from her sleep because the bed was so comfortable. Toilet was clean. And when we first entered the room, it smelled fresh. The malay female staff at the counter was cheerful and even the cleaners working here were helpful. We did not take pictures of the room as the pictures on booking.com matches 100%.

1. No lift. Not a big issue to my wife and I as we are young. Climbing a flight of stairs is no problem. But for older travelers and those with disabilities might want to reconsider staying somewhere else. 2. The wall tiles in the toilet had some black marks at the bottom. The cleaner probably overlooked cleaning this area.

Great location. Can upgrade to elevators if possible but as we are young, we were fine climbing the stairs to the second level.
