The central location of hotel which is closed to many restaurants, bar & bistros, coffee shops and a food court selling local food's. Shopping is just a breeze to the nearby Sutera Mall about 3 minutes walk on foot. The hotel is very clean and the room is cosy, the bed is comfy for a good sleep. The security is good and the entrance to the outside area of the rooms is only accessible by a room card. The hotel counter staff is friendly and helpful.

No mirror on the wall and not convenient for guest wanted to use the hair blower. Although a big mirror is inside the shower room but there is no socket outlets, thus making the hair blower to be useless.

I went there for a business trip to the Univ. of Technology Malaysia (UTM). I like all about the hotel, especially for the "value for money" point. They provide all the minimum facility most (solo) traveler needed. Cleanliness is well maintained. There are a shopping mall nearby and the hotel also surrounded by many food shops, though the food shops may not all be available for muslim traveler.

The hotel is located in a quite lively area (business, shops), so it might be a bit noisy during the week end.

Situated in a central location, the hotel offers easy access to numerous eateries and entertainment options within walking distance. The water pressure and air conditioning in the room were commendable.

Limited facilities offered by the hotel. While the basics were well-covered, there were not many additional amenities available. However, this was not a significant drawback, as the surrounding area boasts plenty of entertainment options to explore.

friendly staff and location quite convenient, nearby a lot of foods, chill place and etc…

1) location was close to many shops and restaurants. 2) there is even a spa in their own building itself which owned by them 3) there is a bistro bar 1st floor is also by them 4) This is the only hotel there that parking is reserved for the guests. First come first serve. 5) Wifi is 8 out 10 6) Staffs are friendly

Close proximity to sutera mall

Although checkout timing is 12nn, we return around 11.30am and surprise to find that our card key had been deactivated, luckily cleaner staff is helpful enough to help us open our door.

location is good, it is near to the sutera mall and many restaurants. The bathroom and the toilet are seperated using glass, it will not make the floor too wet.

don't like the taste of the toothpaste. too many mirrors on the toilet door.

Location was within the shophouses around Sutera Mall, lots of eateries around. Good service from the staff and there are reserved parking lots available. Rooms are adequately furnished and comfortable for us. Worth the price for a short stay and to shop around the are.

The room is spacious, neat and tidy. Comfy bed, nice and very clean bathroom.

Next to a bar/club which operate until late night / early morning. Not suitable for small kids or light sleeper because of the noise from nx door club/bar penetrate your ears. Since location is at the center of entertainment/dining area shop lots, parking lot close to hotel lobby is impossible during weekend nights, even at midnight. For others, the location is advantage, from my points of view, the location is the worst due to the causes above.
