The hotel room is spacious and I like the room as the bed is comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good. The room comes with coffee making facility. The hotel also provide safe deposit box in the room. The water pressure is very good. To me water pressure is very important. Also the hotel is a walking distance from a mamak bistro nearby. It is also within 5 minutes drive from the hotel to Paradigm Mall JB. If you take a Grab car to the mall, its only RM5 for the Grab car. Peaceful area. Parking is easily available but you have to pay to the local council which is very reasonable. I recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel several times because it's affordable and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable. However, this might be my last stay. Around 9 to 9.30am, there were constant loud door slams along the hallway .I'm not sure if it was the housekeeping staff or other guests, but it was really disturbing. It's quite strange that so many doors were being shut so loudly one after another at that hour. It definitely affected my rest and overall experience this time.

Clean rooms, provided basic needs for a short getaway. Near to Paradigm Mall. Water for showering is strong and toilet is clean. Lobby is bright. There's a very nice taiwanese restaurant pin yi feng (visited 2x during our trip, the carrot cake is special, food is yummy), a popular Indian/Malay shophouse (we didnt try but saw it s quite popular & it has a very big outdoor TV to watch football at night), a mini convenient store at the building nearby. Overall a good experience for us

Toilet floor is a bit slippery type, not a concern for us but need to be careful when using the toilet..

They have rooms with 2 Queen Beds to accompany a family of 4. Room is clean and acceptable.

For a 4 person room, they should be more hanging utilities around the room. Only 2 external hangers in the room. 1 knob hanger in the Toilet. 1 small chair (with stains). No room at all to hang 4 wet bath towels. Hot and Cold water in the shower come on and off. Irregular water pressure.

The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Location is good and the rooms are comfortable.

There were no fridge to keep our beverages cold

The room was super clean and spacious. only the toilet hose broken and hard to use it. hope the management to look into it. Receptionist are well trained and very friendly with smile face. overall was very good and excellent

The entire room was clean and tidy. The best place to stay and very convenient for F&B and others.

Clean room. Had everything we needed. Quiet room. Eateries nearby for food. Good strong shower. Easy to find. Street parking was easy to find. Staff friendly most of the time.

Room smelt of cigarette smoke and had an ashtray despite it being non smoking.

I like the hotel room and also the receptionist, manager and also housekeeping very friendly and also very clean. Very comfortable for us. Definitely Will book again if going to jb 🙏

Its nothing but only the surrounding hotel only got one mamak restaurant. If got many then its will be nice hehehehe.

Reasonable price and a very good location, just walk around outside the hotel has many restaurants. Our 2nd stay here as the kids love to go to paradigm mall and ice skate. This place is perfect in our budget and staffs were polite and helpful, not to mention it’s also clean and comfy stay. I recommend this place for a budget friendly stay with comfy😊

Aircon was spoilt for one of rooms but we have managed to change to another room. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Bedsheets have a few stains but are washed. Shower pressure is satisfactory. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Overall, it is okay for short stays as it is near the paradigm mall.

A dirty cup with coffee residue was found in the other room. The water basin was also leaking water onto the floor.
