The hotel is seems spacious compare to other hotels nearby. There are nearby KK mart 24 hours, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. Free from bed bugs and cockroaches.

The toilets should be more clean esp sink and toilet doors. We have to wait for about 30 mins to shower in hot water as the heater is abit slow.

Safety hazards. Lights at the floor were deem and no proper direction to lift. Pathway are not even and possessed a trip and fall hazards

Location is reasonably well located along the main road. There are many good restaurants and cafes within walkable distance. Sutera Mall is near as well.

Wifi is strong. Able to see YouTube and Netflix on the tv. Air con is v strong and cold.

Only 1 toilet for 5 pax. No fridge.

Space is enough. The staffs are always available to help customers. The location is convenient and easy to find food stores or dining places.

The room (deluxe triple bed room or sort) has a comically small washroom (as a toilet at the same time). One light is semi-malfunction as each time using other power supplies it flicked.

I was given a room opposite a "store room" . At night there were multiple times I can hear door closing loudly.

Convenient to enjoy around sutera.

Only 1 toilet. Might be issue for those drinker who stay at 2nd floor.

I didn't have any breakfast in the hotel and pls changed the body shampoo and body shop too big
