Had a great stay! The location is super strategic and made it really easy to get around the city. Breakfast was awesome—we loved the variety of dishes. The staff were friendly, humble, and quick to respond to our requests. Overall, a good place to stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot in the city!

Only downside was the slightly low water pressure in the wash room, but overall a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location is strategic and quite close to UTM. Even though breakfast is simple but we were happy with the simple spread. Since we needed to attend my sister's graduation early in the morning, the breakfast was a life saver. Room & toilet were clean. For one or 2 night stay, this hotel is acceptable and staffs were helpful.

1) our toilet shower head was leaking non stopped despite us closing it properly. 2) our room was facing the main road and the noise was unbearable. Even at 2-4am there were still noise pollution from the main road 😅

Services is an excellent.Its greats hospitality services by En Yasmin which he always ask feedback on experiences while stay in this hotels.Always give suggestion on travelling which the famous areas and in same time treats me and famikys like his familys.So wonder services and sure its recomended with this values of service hospitality.

Pool - maybe need some upgrades at least more seating/tents for familys to relaxs in poolside.

Location wise and the is room quite clean.

The only facilities that has been neglected on maintenance is the swimming pool that is so murky...One of the room that I booked has air-conditioning faulty. The reception managed to changed the room which little bit OK

A decent hotel room with good location

The socket Don’t work at night and the toilet bowl doesn’t flush unless you open the water tank behind it, which is kind of troublesome.

Great 3* hotel that doesn't pretend to be more. The Deluxe King room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. A few nice local restaurants around.

The swimming pool water was a bit murky.

Room was clean and pictures were accurate as posted on the app.

Aircond was not very cold at fjrst but the maintenance came and resolved it.

No lift service from basement parking to lobby. Parking limited on weekend full house no parking at basement. I have to park outside hotel.
