I came for UTM convocation and the hotel is nearby and convenient. There was free flow complimentary tea, coffee and various light biscuits at the lobby area. Filtered cold and hot water dispenser was also available. If you need ironing box, you can ask the at lobby counter. There is a 24-hour mamak on the right, Chinese restaurant infront and 7E is about 300m away only. WiFi is strong enough and no issues with phone line. The room was well cleaned - no weird smell on towels and bed.

We stayed on ground floor and we could hear noises from lobby at night as the rooms were probably not strongly soundproof. But no issues for me.

Overall everything is good, staff very helpful. Room is clean, bathroom big enough. Beside the reception counter got free coffee and cookies.

If the table can extend until under the TV will be much better, because not enough space to put our things, need to put on the floor or bed. Or in between the bed, put a small table.

Very strategic position, there is a mamak restaurant beside the hotel and it is opened 24 hours.. Although the room is small, but the facilities are completed. The cleanliness of the room is unsatisfied but is acceptable especially the bed. But what to say, the overall experience has exceeded my expectation. well done and keep it up

The cleanliness of the bed, there are some hairs from previous customer are existed on the bed.

Clean environment, comfortable bed, hair dryer is borrowable, drinking water is provided.

The air conditioner's temperature control system is not working properly. There is odour of cigarette smoke in our room during midnight, maybe because the ventilation system is connected to other rooms.

I am happy stay in Hako Xpress Tmn Skudai Baru Hotel, I will come again, the room comfortable, cozy and clean. Thank you.

the most we like is cleanliness of the room, size of room is small but it is okey with room rates..hope the hotel will maintain the room rates. recommended for 2person stay..will stay here again

The water stress was little. I can't take shower faster.

The staff was nice. They provide tea/coffee and old school snacks at the lobby area. Clean and chic rooms. Comfy beds. Great accommodation and location if you want to be halfway between JPO and JB.

The hotel's surrounding. We arrived at night and there was a homeless person lingering around. Can feel a bit unsafe. But that shouldn't deter you from staying here. No lift.

Given the price, Come with snack bar at lobby. Worth it!!

Is only 2 storey. Small room no mini fridge, but there is coffee shop just next to the hotel.

VERY CONFORT CLEAN AND HYGIENCE.
