Excellent location among shoplots, convenience stores, eateries at just opposite Tasek Central mall. Beds were extremely comfortable, aircon was easy to control, and thoughtful amenities like bottled water and simple breakfast options were well appreciated.

Couldn’t seem To get the shower water hotter, it was just slightly warm. Bathroom area while big was not in best condition. Some smoking smell in non smoking bedroom, perhaps coming from nearby fire escape stairwell. Some noise from outside street and neighbouring rooms, but overall a quiet and peaceful stay.

I was impressed by how friendly and professional the staff were. Check in process was smooth and we were given free mandarin oranges by the staff. The free breakfast was great as well! Overall a very pleasant stay

The water in the sink drained very slowly, and the room wasn’t sound proof (but I guess this is common for most budget hotels)

I like how bright the sunlight is into our room. And the hotel provides free water bottles, shampoo, slippers, cream powder and sugar. The receptionist at the counter is friendly.

Maybe the texture of the bathroom floor was uncomfortable to walk barefooted but if u use slippers to walk, its fine.

Location, there are so many eateries. Easy to move around by Grab transport. Shopping centre is just opposite. The refreshment section is a nice touch. Simple breakfast is a plus. The hotel smells good. Friendly staff. Smoking zone in the staircase.

The wash basin being outside the bathroom. The biggest room we stayed in is not very big. The air con facing the bed. Don't look out the window.

Location is good with plenty of F&B, convenient store, massage facilities, salon and nail’s parlour. There is also a mall just opposite although not fully open due to renovation

Bathroom layout and washing basin is a bit weird in the sense that the wash basin is set in the bedroom near to entrance but not in the bathroom

1. Only 1 malay restaurant nearby. On my day 2, they were closed and i had to drive out to get breakfast. 2. No free TV channel. I would love to watch local news.

Good location and helpful and friendly staff...

Please ensure to install an actual Toilet Spray Gun...it's SUPER unhygienic to just use the pipe by hand with an exposed end...rather disgusting to use to be honest...the toilet gun is actually bery cheap...(Room 3 F1). Please also scrub the shower cubicle very well...a lot of ugly mould.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently located near many hawker stalls, so getting food was easy and affordable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant experience—I’ll definitely come back again.

The entertainment TV has more channels ie Prime Movies, Netflix & etc. The decor @ the lobby and corridor is Japanese contemporary, I like the shade room number

The toilet cover in my room malfunction The bed & sofa bed is quite itchy when I lie on it My wife feels that the mini fridge will be useful ie to keep & store food that was bought Not many walk in distance eateries around the hotel

Breakfast is simple with tea/coffee and a choice of biscuits. If you can put some sandwiches, that will be better. The location of breakfast table is easy enough where we can sit and talk while having a short casual breakfast. The location of the hotel is convenient to find food, near to family mart and other convenient stores. The mosque and Muslim food also located near to the hotel.

Hmm... Parking availability. coz the location is in the centre of shoplots area and busy/full until 10.00pm. We parked the car far from the hotel and move it later in midnight.
