Price vs quality was very good. The beds were great, and the room with a private bathroom was clean. In the end we just needed a good rest to be energized for the next day and that was a success. The airco did a perfect job keeping us cool.

The room didn't have a window and the TV didn't work. Not a big deal though as we got fresh air from the airco and we brought books to read. It would have been nice to have some comfi seats or sofa, but I guess that was out of the budget.

Everthing was tip top..rm clean..aircon smooth..toilet clean..got tootbrush n toothpaste..bed n pillow very comfy..worth the stay/money..near angsana..got minimart nex to hotel..my family sleep soundly..overall i am very satisfied..will book this hotel again for my nex trip..ty chariton hotel🙏🙏👍👍

They have a water purifier on the ground floor which can use to refill water. It’s more eco-friendly than using bottled water. I like it. The staff who handled my check-in and check-out were friendly. The location is OK — 14 minute drive to the centre but it’s on the opposite side of direction so you have to make a U-turn every time you want to go to the centre.

The bathroom floor was still wet when I arrived. The staff probably had just finished cleaning it even though I arrived at 4.30 p.m.

The hotel was clean and comfy. good value for money. hair dryer provided inside the room. coway available at the lobby which i like the most 😍

noise from guests passing by outside the hotel room. one of the light on the wall is not functioning. but overall i am very satisfied during my stay ☺️

The hotel is suitable to stay those have a staycation near JB. It is recommend to have a pleasant stay here, the staff and the facilities very well. We may come again. Tq

The door of the bathroom, it's loose and hard to close. The management have to do maintenance, if someone harsh the door it might broke.

All is good, got lift also. Room 217, the bathroom door was broken, but still manageable. The room is spacious eventho for 2 guests. Not like other budget hotel

Have to drive if want to go restaurant/dobi. About 15 mins driving to Angsana Mall. Even the 7E at the apposite side also have to drive bcs cannot cross the road

Bed really comfortable suitable for family. Cleanliness is acceptable. But then bathroom cleanliness has to be improved further. It has to be bleach properly. Toilet bowl flushing system has to be changed.

Room is very spacious with a reasonable price. The staff fulfilled my needs upon my requirements earlier by before check in. Staff are polite, friendly n helpful.

Staff really helpful especially the male Melayu staff, forgot his name was😅. He kindly assisting when got clean room soon as possible. Check-in was swift. Thanks a lot

Didn't have toothbrush on amenities? Maybe certain room that got telephone on the room.

Everything in the room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean and nice.

The iron board is far from room and only one available on each floor with no rack no desk to put ironed shawl

Price

The staff is very not helpful, parking is hard as one way road. Once no parking u have to make a big round. Edited : Manager did call back to explain the situation on staff and offered apologetic action on the mistake.
