Breakfast gym and pool . Excellent.

Request from local traveller sometimes being treated as double standard. Hotel staff only pay exrra attention to foreign travellers.

Good location. For food, we went to Medini mall (5mins drive) for dinner once and twice to Gelang Patah town area (15 mins drive). Ample free parking space. The unit we booked is a one bedroom apartment, spacious. Simple but enough buffet breakfast spread, not a big eater in the morning. Towels were provided in the gym room. Toilet has some mold and rust but acceptable. Sufficient bins provided. No cutleries in the unit but can request from reception. Daily housekeeping - they came to make the bed, change the towels and replenish the water bottles.

Unit needs a wipe down and vacuum. The pillows, bed head and table lamps were dusty. Made us cough. Felt some itch after laying on the couch. Floor feels a bit sandy, hotel slippers provided so we used that. The wardrobe door doesn’t close, faulty so we had to use the hotel slipper to stop/block it from sliding open. Carpet in the room feels a little dirty too.

Good location to go to Legoland. 5 min driving. Ample parking space. Nice breakfast and quite variety of food. Love the omelette. Please reward this staff as he showed a distict attitute towards customer. Thumbs up for Azim.

The male indian receptionist gave us wrong instruction. He told us to park at the basement (he claimed upper parking space already fully occupied) and entered wrong side/wing of the building. Ended up we rang a wrong room and shocked by a human sound from the inside. My kids thought there was a ghost inside the room. Luckily met with a staff named Azim at the lift and he kindly redirect us to the correct unit. Walk through the L1 parking area and found out alot of parking space. Tricky turn at the exit for a mpv/ long car.

Amazing location and amazing property. The only issue was they told us that Restaurant was open till 1030 pm for Ala Carte. We went there at 9:30 pm and were informed that the restaurant is closed and they can only offer us buffet. Half the buffet was already closed and since we had kids and there was no restaurant nearby we had to take the buffet. For 7 people ( 4 adults and 3 kids) we were charged 1000 MYR, even though half the buffet was closed. Nothing against the hotel but I feel the staff played smart.

The carpark is easy to find, has spacious ramps and parking lots, carpark security. Check-in was super quick, we were in our room within 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious with unblocked views over greenery. The sheets, linen, towels, smelled clean and good, unlike many hotels I've stayed at in JB. Aircon took a while to cool down but once cool, it's cold and fresh, without any funky smell. Water pressure and heater in the shower is very good, such a joy to freshen up after a long day of play. Pool has an amazing view, and the way the buildings are designed the pool is mostly shaded from morning and afternoon sun, with pockets of sunny areas to work up a tan. Pool towels are readily available, they don't limit you to how many you borrow. Buffet breakfast is so good as well, we went an hour before closing and they were still fully stocked up with hot and fresh items, also the spread is bigger than many others I've been to. All in all, if I'm headed to JB Iskandar/Legoland area, I'm will only stay at Ramada Meridin from now on. With such a good experience here, I'm compelled to stay Ramada at the Straits if I wanted something closer to JB city.

The only less than perfect thing about my stay here is the in-room fridge. It was not cold enough.

Rooms are actually apartments. Good for families with young children. Well-maintained and very clean. Theres a lot of variety for the Breakfast spread and its tasty. Swimming pool is great and even have a gym in the pool.

Please be careful in the toilets specially with children. The tiles are very slippery. The safe deposit box wasnt working. Was expected it to work before checking in instead of having guest to report it. Esp for the price paid. I was also expecting at least a bathtub with the price. Unfortunately, there were none.

Room is big and clean. Hotel staff are so friendly. The restaurant serve nice food. Breakfast is great. Location a bit faraway from mall but is near the Legoland, not too sure how near but i can see it from my room. If u drive or ride then you can go to the nearby restaurant or mall. Parking is safe as there is a guard. Checking in and out is so fast. There is a pool and gym. Its just a one night stay and also we check in late so cany venture much but will come again to stay there.

The premier suite was spacious with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, living room and dining space. It is great for families with children, hotel also does provide free baby cot upon request. However, the hot water takes a long time to come out after the hot water is turned on. Not a lot of variety for breakfast but enough. Location is near to Legoland, and 10 min drive to Eco Galleria where has more choices of food. There isn’t much restaurants nearby hotel so you have to go out for food.

The room was very spacious and modern. The view from floor 28 was great! The location is good and quiet. Parking in the hotel garage was smooth. The dinner at the restaurant was great: tasty food and affordable prices.

The staff members did not feel very interested in their job. They did what they should, but without a smile or that extra warmth that makes you feel welcome. The breakfast was sub-par with just a quality that just passed the decency level.

Ramada Meridin is able to accommodate our late check in & check out. After checking out, they kept our luggage safely w/o a cost. A good spread of breakfast.

There's a dried lizard next to a bin in the room. The shower floor grating in the master bedroom got chocked and it creates a puddle of water in the shower area.
