the Location is exceptional, where it is situated in the middle of everything, 5 minutes to Legoland, 5 minutes to Puteri Harbour and 5 minutes to the highway The Apartment has 2 bedroom, fully furnished, with hair dryer, ironing board, all the basic amenities which made life breezy The Apartment itself , beautiful! view was awesome as we were on the 16th floor Parking was plenty The staff in that building, from the receptionist to the security guard, was top notch, they were great, polite and helpful, 2 thumbs up!

I wish, they would provide with more pillows or comforter, and the soap they provide, it is a bit lacking....also no shampoo, but they did provide hotel grade disposable toothbrush, which is a plus!

The location was in between the harbour and legoland. near to go both areas by car. but if you don't have a vehicle it might be quite challenging. Check-in and check-out were quite easy as they had a reception area with two staff after entering the guardhouse. toothbrush, towels, soap and small bottled water were provided. wash-dry machine was working but it needed to take hours to dry.

the smart tv can't have netflix on. so you can only watch youtube and local channels. the wallpapers on wall were a little bit worn out but it wasnt really a big deal. overall it was clean, nice and tidy. before we came i read a review about the sofa that was not clean. it did have a stain just maybe needed some deep cleaning.

Spacious apartment, had everything you'd require in the room, I was checking it late at night, the instructions provided were crystal clear. The security guards are very helpful and courteous. Good view from the apartment. Grab taxis are easily available in the locality

I like the location, just 10 minutes away from LEGOLAND. The condo unit is clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staffs especially the security guard. I had a pleasant stay, will come and stay here again if my family want to go to LEGOLAND again.

Ironing board and the iron is not in good condition. Other than that, I have no other complaint.

Spring clean, functional.kitchen with fridge. Spacious. Nice view from 27th floor, friendly front office staffs, easy check in/out, helpful security guards, Super nice swimming pool, quiet & calm surrounding

Master bedroom bidet was broken, no broom to sweep the floor, please put extra black dustbin bag to put in garbagea. Luckily, we brought some from home

Bersih & kemas Easy to check in & check out. Fasiliti lengkap & works well. Very Fast internet connection. Nice dining table setup :-) upon check in.

- Tangki flush dalam master bedroom macam ada bocor sedikit. - For long stay guest (few days), the provided shower gel seemed not enough. - Safe Box is available, but cannot be used. Anyway host was very responsive and willing to set prompt appointment to address the matter, only that I was not available for the appointment. Suggest to make sure the safebox is ready everytime new guest check in. - We were planning to assist in clearing the rubbish earlier, but there was no garbage bag provided for us to use after that. - Card was hard to be detected at parking area and main entrance/ exit. Perhaps I am not used to the technique in using it.

- The staff is very helpful. My husband left our luggage at the parking basement. They help us to find the luggage. - The location is nearby Legoland. - The house is very clean & love the decorations. But there is no side table or any table in the rooms. I had to use the iron board & chairs to put my makeup & beg. - Easy to check in because they have there own reception. And easy to access the park. - Overall, I’m very happy & satisfied with the services and cleanliness of the house. Surely will come and stay here again.

I like the fact that it was clean and things like the kettle, fridge, etc was working. We are generally quite happy with everything. There was provision of towels, etc for all 6 of us who were staying over.

The list of inventory items could be clearer. We did not manage to find a hair dryer. For one of the rooms, it seemed the aircon could not be controlled - it was too cold. But maybe my child did not manage the setting well. Not sure. The toilets as per many other reviews had a certain stink - not overpowering but still had a stale kind of smell. And I think this is because the exhaust (not sure if it is called this) is not working. The overall management should make sure that the exhaust in the toilets are working.

We have been to this property for years now. Our most favourite getaway place. Our last stay, we left all the access cards in the unit. So we went to the office for help. Miss Ika was very helpful to help us gain access to our unit and retrieve our access cards. A big thank you to Miss Ika! 🙏🏻

The first impression is checking-in which was smooth and easy, signage in the car park could be improved but that's me being picky. Entering the room it was clean, a decent size, the furniture is comfortable, aircon excellent, bathrooms clean and showers good. We didn't cook so cannot comment on ease of use etc. For two nights it was near to perfect.
