The instructions for collecting the key are clear. The location for the key collection is near the hotel. Room is so clean. I chose this hotel because it provides a washing machine. It is easier for me to wash my clothes. The access to parking is also convenient.

For improvement, I would like to suggest providing curtains that can cover the whole window. This is because, during night, people could see what's inside the room through the window. Although the room is on the 13th floor, it would be more comfortable if curtains could cover the windows. The room is next to the elevator. So we could hear the sound of the moving elevator. It is not disturbing, actually.

Fully furnished apartment unit equipped with functioning stove, washing machine, and iron. Instructions for key pickup and use of the facilities provided were all written in a comprehensive PDF. Apartment has a nice swimming pool and outdoor playground, unfortunately the indoor games room was not really equipped with anything. Staff were very responsive but there wasn't really any issues which emerged during our stay. Will probably stay here again when revisiting Legoland!

Some of the cooking utensils were not 100% clean, maybe from being used by the previous occupants. Legoland is within 15-minute walking distance, but pathway was rough with a stroller — not that this is an issue with the unit, just to consider if you are booking with the intention of walking to Legoland.

Stayed here for 5 days at Legoland Malaysia. The room was great - spacious and clean. Great to have a little kitchen to prepare food for my fussy kid! Shower was hot and strong. Swimming pool on level 9 is really beautiful. Some reviews complained about the distance to Legoland but we did not find this an issue - a 15 minute walk with footpaths all the way if you turn left out of the gates of Grand Medini (the way google suggests is more tricky with bits of footpath missing). Great to have the BIG supermarket just outside Legoland in the Mall of Medini - plus quite a few restaurants and fast food places.

Key collection is a bit trickier than we realised as it is in a completely different building 5 minutes drive away. Luckily our taxi (SGMYTAXI from Singapore Airport) waited and took us to the correct building. However, the actual process of collecting was very easy. There are no food options in the Grand Medini building so you do have to be a little bit organised and go to the Mall for shopping. Hadn't realised our room had no WIFI - this was a bit of a pain.

The staff at the reception are friendly and accommodating. They helped us book a grab so we can go to the apartment we rented. The property is also nice especially the pool. it was so relaxing and beautiful. the property is also clean. the same with the apartment where we stayed. it's also clean and they some provided toiletries.

The check in process was a bit hassle because you have to do it on a different property from where you are staying. Not convenient especially to those who does not have a car and you have some luggages because you have to book a taxi back and forth just to collect the keys. also the washing machine would leak water when you use. my son slid because of the water on the floor from the washing machine. the bidet at the master's is also broken.

I came down looking for a residence that was close to LegoLand. This location definitely fit the bill. Very close to LegoLand and surrounding food venues, so definitely tickednthe boxes

Not that i didn't like it But the lock box. The numbers were a little small and i had forgotten my glasses (my fault) But my son gelped me out so all good 👍

Overall okay. Very comfortable, and all facilities are complete.

there was a musky odour wafting off the room. It smelt like the room hasn't been used in awhile and there hasn't been any ventilation. Which is weird that when I asked for an early check-in and they said no because the room was occupied, but it had that kind of smell. After awhile the smell is no longer noticeable.

The place was very secured. Awesome facilities for guest. Great swiming pool.

A bit far from everything if you dont have a car. As a tourist, I had to get a Grab to get the keys and another one to go to the appartment. Same for the check-out. Ultimately its not that far but with a toddler, à baby and 3 luggages, you cant walk that distance.

swimming pool so cozy and big. environment so calm and nice.. not to crowded. parking very easy to access and all guard very friendly. We satisfied with our stay and will repeat again when i visit johor again in future.

i rent 2 unit. one of the unit dont have wifi, since the studio house at 21 floor, personal data a bit slow. they should provide internet in all unit.

Everything was labeled clearly. The location is good. Very quiet. We had a great time staying here. The self check in is very good and very convenient for us. Save our time and no need to rush.

Nothing we didn't like. Everything is good and makes us feel like staying at our own house.

The suite didn't have WiFi. When we booked the suite from booking.com WiFi was included. Collected of the key was complicated and two kilometres distance between suite and there we collected and returned key.
