Thank you temu, we had a great time in your establishment, in a very active city with 100 ways to have a good time. The staff is very smiling and helpful. The little corner cafee is appreciable, with varied dishes. Some 200m from a warm and clear sea. The boss is a great guy who is always ready to help, focused on his customers. If Allah wants us to return to Malaysia, we will inevitably return to the temu. Salam.

The room is spacious. There’s a balcony for us to take fresh air. The property has no elevator. I did request for a ground-floor room, unfortunately there were none available… Gladly both of my 60s y/o parents are able to take the stairs one level up. They said “exercise” haha. There’s a cafe that open till 11pm. The environment is serene and the beach is walkable distance (kalau rajin). Our booking is included with breakfast. So best lah juga.

-tv (channel not consistent, but doesn't matter if you goes out all the time, and I got Netflix on my phone so, i guess thats not a big deal) -there's gap at the balcony door, so during night there's going to be mosquitoes -no elevator, so make sure you're fit enough

Large rooms, friendly staff and manager, breakfast was ok, took long walks, felt very safe in the neighborhood. Manager took the time to give us a ride to the airport,was very much appreciated.

Beach was not usable, just a couple of restaurant's within walking distance. Outside of town.

Considering the price for the room, breakfast was a nice welcome. Not so many choices, but they served proper good local breakfast. On my second day we got to enjoy generous portion of good "nasi dagang". Spacious room and comfortable bed. Close to the beach and food shops.

The hotel is dated and may need a bit of refurbishment here and there. But for the price, I think it's good value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It boasts a spacious, beachfront location and is conveniently situated near the ferry terminal. The hotel is immaculate and offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable.

Was a wonderful property to stay in, walking distance to the beach out the back of the hotel. The owner let me check in early since I arrived at 7am with out charging me. I came during moonson season so it was very quite / relaxing. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have water/ tea. The balcony had nice views and the manger Eric was amazing. He took me to 7/11 and the atms with out charge, was very helpful with information and showed me around the city. I’d 10000% stay again next time coming to Kuala Besut.

Overall experience was pleasant. The room was spacious and provided great value for the price. The location was convenient, nearby the beach and jetty. Everything in the hotel worked well. While there was nothing exceptional, the hotel delivered a comfortable experience. I would consider staying here again on future visits.

Overall building looks like under construction. Room a bit dusty. And no lift

2 night stay during raya. Very good, very comfortable. Food also served very well.

Walkway Window broken not fixed well, outside balcony not clean well, loby toilet not cleaning well.
