The reception staff, Jack was especially helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.

Lack of essential amenities, toiletries and the bathroom showers need more pressure for showering, also the water heater doesn't heat properly

The room was nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The local restaurant we went to was great. It was within walking distance

We didn't get to stay longer

1st room: had electrical short-circuit with sparks and burnt smell 2nd room: had a party going on next room with loud door banging, wall knocking and talking loudly and kids screaming till past night night and for hours.

Not a lot of dining option either in or near the hotel. Cafe on level one provided some light meals.

The place was not bad! There’s parking outside and it’s relatively near aeon, sepang and KLIA. Good location and good utilities. The staff were good to me and my friends

It was quiet as I like it to be. Very minimal activities on the road. The staff was friendly.

Well for starters the tv channels only showed malay and chinese programmes. Not so convenient for food as u would need to walk if u could.

Room wall not soundproof, you can hear kids or people talking outside the room, or can hear sound of door open and close. But still acceptable.

Had a good stay. Strategic location, quiet environment and comfortable room. Huge thanks to the receptionist, Ms. Malini for being very attentive, caring & helpful throughout our entire stay. Really appreciate it !

1) Incomplete toiletries ex: toothbrush, toothpaste 2) There's no dressing table/mirror in the room. Had to use the mirror in the bathroom which was quite inconvenient
