We stayed at this hotel for the motogp weekend. The hotel is very well placed with a public car park just in front of the hotel. It's just opposite the shopping centre, a small park and lots of restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. From Friday to Sunday evening, there is a small pasar malam with food just outside the hotel. The suite is quite big, comfortable with a balcony and bathtube (jacuzzi). It was really relaxing. The service at the reception is 24/24, always someone available and they let us check in late as we were riding from Singapore at night. They are selling some snacks and drinks at the reception, so it's convenient.

The room is not very well cleaned and the sheets have damp stains. On request, they will clean the room more thoroughly. The accessories in the room are broken and some do not work. They also replace on request. The balcony could not be locked and there was no safety box, so we could not leave anything of value in the hotel.

Got elevator and it is functioning well. Got Coway (drinking water dispenser) too upstairs. We arrived late at night after 12 am and were starving. The receptionist asked his colleague to help buy food because not many nearby shops open since we do not have transport. Good job for the receptionist kind gesture!

The room was quite good to make a sleepover. The cooling was good to go.

The facilities such as, iron, a table chair for dining, luggage store are not there. Some more the heater is probably not working. The lightning should be changed

Easy to find.. location very strategy.. very near to my event location about 5 minutes travel to Kompleks MSN Nilai and USIM.

No parking space for hotel Guest.. Lucky my stay fall on Saturday and Sunday.. If not to pay the parking fees hold day and will more cost for my stay in Nilai

The cleaners are abit to forceful when it comes to morning cleaning , the iron is old and stains the clothes, and the shower soap gave me a rash .

Really close to my place of interest Easier to find mall and restaurants to have our daily meal

Maybe need to provide proper billing statement for check in and deposit purpose

Cleanliness

Car park. Parkir under majlis perbandaran by using the application is not suitable for visitor from abroad because they only one to use it once.not worth it for visitors.
