Wanted room with windows so took the one with a double bed and a single bed. Spacious. Staff was friendly and polite. They allowed me to waited at the lobby till my other half finished work. Also promptly emailed the receipt the following day. Tq.

Nothing negative. Just a reminder, body soap and shampoo is provided but need to bring your own other toiletries. No hand soap or hand tissue. Drinking water and kettle is provided but no coffee and tea. But restaurants are nearby.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the mall. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept well. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Considering the quality of the accommodations and service, the price was excellent. A reliable internet wi-fi connection

The hotel management should be in charge of managing the parking lot to avoid the city council's sued.

The bed is comfortable, aircond & water heater for shower is working good. And there are Family Mart, 7 Eleven & KK Mart nearby, so its very nice. There is also Pizza Hut & KFC too. So there are places to eat, further abit there are some other restaurant too.

I found a small cockroaches on my 1st day. Other tahn that its ok.

room cleanliness 100%, quite place, food nearby (walking distance to near foodcourt) located at the end of the building near the hotel. can ask frontdesk hotel for exact location. nearby location AEON Nilai etc.. (whatever u looking for just google nearby area 😁). Staff friendly, helpfull. parking 👍 just in front hotel. overall i satisfied & happy to come back for a stay.

bathroom clean, utensils all good except towel holder ady damanged when i check in 😅. but not big issue for me. hope they can fixed it coz really annoying the towel rod keep falling out 😂😅.

Quiet, reasonable price, helpful staff. Close to Sepang Circuit (12km) and KLIA airport (20km-ish). A lot of convenient stores nearby, next to branded pizza and chicken houses, surrounded by local restaurants. Able to walk to AEON and Lotus's. Large 3-pax room with big glass window.

Far from central without convenient public transportation except taxi. Check before booking if you want a room with window. Some guests brought in durian, caused unpleasant smell through the floor. No soundproof.

I have always booked here for several years. It is not very close to the airport but I like everything about this hotel. Excellent owners, serious and helpful. Cleanliness and order. I recommend this hotel. Convenient and economical for those who go to see the MotoGP race in Sepang.

We booked 3 days prior to the stay, however some technical issues occurred which left no room left for us specifically the one we chose. However the counter staff upgraded us to a better room without charging us extra fees as the room is much bigger n better. Theres an extra ceiling fan, better chairs and much much more spacious room.

Friendly staff, location is close to the airport. I stayed a night to beat KL traffic to reach airport.

House keeper are too loud doing their job during our check in time. Can hear their voice from room. Feel uncomfortable to take a nap upon arrival.
