The stuff is very attentive and helpful. The location is just perfect, in front of the best Nilai mall Aeon with food , starbucks (which is rare) and clothing shops. Clean room.

1. Wifi in my room didn’t work. ( but they did everything to help by using lobby area ) 2. AC wasn’t strong at all. Reception night shift is barely speaks english, she didn’t tell me that the cleaning was per request. But the cleaner girl was awesome, on the 5th day of my stay i caught her in the corridor for changing towel and paper, she provided her number for talking directly.

Location near to aeon nilai. You can either walk or use any transportation to go there. There's a restaurant besides the hotel which is affordable. There is also food market i think at night just 2 to 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Clinics also nearby so if you are not feeling well you can just walk to the the nearby clinic. The room is spacious, easy for me to perform solat.

The faucet is a bit difficult to use because it is close to the sink.

Very recommended. this hotel is surrounding with all facilities. clinics,restaurants, mosque and even located across the mall. very satisfying and convenient for who come visit nilai with family. For the room, the tv also include some channels and also can access netflix and youtube for us. very happy for that. ac function well. hair dryer and kettle are also provided. keep it up.tq

The friendly staff!

My room is on the rear building and there is no ramp for the heavy luggage. A/C is noisy. But I found all Malaysian hotels, except the high-rated ones, offer noisy A/C. I tried several hotel, the same issue as I am sensitive to sounds. And the pillow is stiff and made me neck sore for a day.

Near Aeon Nilai Comfortable beddings and clean room

Buzzing sound not sure come from where. Think probably come from aircond or water heater, but when i off my room aircond and water heater sound still persists. Really disturbing especially at night. Luckily only stayed for one night. Forgot to complain to the staff.

The hotel staff is so nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Im well rested during my stay. Appreciate their hospitality. Good location near to EON Mall and other eateries within walking distance. Easy access to transportation.

- Very clean for budget hotel - Room included kettle and 2 bottle of water + coffee - I stay here due to my house blackout for too long and since I had a baby, I decided to check in. Overall it was a pleasant stay even for a short term

This is my 2nd time visit this hotel. You have 5star service staff, efficient and good knowledge. Reception Iddaham is so helpful and very polite. Near to shopping mall Clean room Definitely will come again 👍

The room was clean and the air conditioner was in very good condition. The shower was also workinh well. Overall, for the price i paid, the stay was very worth the money

window facing other building in close distance. had to close my curtain all the time, doesnt affect my comfort just minus on privacy. also, i wish there’s instant drink.
