honors receptionist, we check out before 7AM and after travel to site 2hours, my husband realized his wallet left in the room and i had called the oyo hotline but all contract numbers was wrong and short of 1 number, lucky i had paid cash in the counter and she apply with a chop and I had contacted her. I requested her not to go inside the room and i will reach the hotel within an hour.

this is the worst hotel we ever stay, three rooms only my room we manage to get Bath towers, my two other rooms no towers the reception told us the towers NO MORE, in the rooms the running water have no pressure, NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO, NO TOILET PAPER, NO DRINKING WATER IN ALL OUR ROOMS. TV have no channel which consider damaged and the mattress is already out of order.

There was an added wooden step that wasn't fixed there but just placed infront of the door to get into the toilet, which wasn't stable and caused me to fall over. The blankets were just rough from who knows how many washes. Just wasn't comfortable

I even booked earlier in the app, but when i arrived there, the staff said that my room was booked by other. It is so disappointing to me because I have to find another hotel on the spot.
