The location of the property is excellent, very near to Maha Tower. You can find every necessary things nearby. They offer free hot drinks like Tea, Coffee, Milo (for children) from machine. We have seen sea from our room. Night market is just 3 minutes walk from the property. Lots of restaurants are nearby.

The room size , and bathroom is very small. Air circulation of the bathroom should be improved. There is no towel rod in the bathroom.

Malay people are excellent in habits and behavior, cool gentle nation with high values of professionalism. Likes from Pakistani guest

The soundproofing is very Bad. Specially from that door between rooms. We could hear all conversation from neighbours guests and their alarm clock didn't stop ringing very early in the morning for like 30 mn.lack of intimacy. Also there is an annoying electric noise in the room. The Locker safe is broken and doesn't work (room 311)

The location is great. I drove the car from Kuah jetty. It took just 5 minutes to reach the residence. For dining options, I can choose different kinds of restaurants near Kuah jetty by driving in less than 10 minutes.

The parking is the thing I am not satisfied with. Although there are free parking days in a week, I only enjoyed 1 free parking day on my arrival. The next day, a man put a notice of parking fee payment at 8:30 on the car window shield and I had to pay via an app. The parking fee was 10 RM if paid within 24 hours. It is annoying to receive a piece of paper like this as if I violate the traffic rules.

Great location in Kuah. Having a car was useful to be able to explore all over the island. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Only downside was no free parking. Watch out for the traffic wardens that come at 8am. The app to pay for parking makes no sense so we got up every morning and one of us went to get coffee and waited for the warden to leave (he never stuck around long). No restaurant on site but lots of cafes nearby.

Adding a breakfast option downstairs and providing parking vouchers would make it top notch.

Breakfast was good and so was the location - plenty of parking below the hotel at brightly lit areas. Only had to pay RM4.00 for the whole day and did not have to worry about the number of times going in and out of the hotel as it was public parking. The location is good - nearby restaurants and eateries. Staff was friendly. There was nasi lemak, roti canai , bread, eggs, mee for breakfast. Room was clean.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. I usually sleep with the light on in the bathroom but when the light is on, so is the fan. So we had to switch off the light in the bathroom and leave the one outside the bathroom on. However, this is my own preference only. There wasn't much space to hang our wet clothes especially when we have come back from Pulau Payar and all the clothes and swimming gear need to be washed and dried

Lovely staff and decent rooms. We only stayed there one night whilst we were waiting for the ferry the next morning, but we were very pleased with what we got for the money and there was a night market over the road on the night we stayed that was amazing for food and clothes/accessories.

I liked the location. It is a short and quick ride from the pier. It is also across the street from a business district that has many restaurants and duty-free stores. The room had good internet connection, a comfortable bed, hot water and a good view of the ocean. I found the stay to be a good value and would recommend.

The breakfast was boring for me with only boiled eggs, white bread for toast, tea, coffee and rice with an egg. I would have liked some fresh fruit, juice, whole wheat bed and cereal.

Good value for the money, very spacious room with comfortable bed and sunset view. At the reception you can rent a scooter or book a tour. There is also free tea and coffee and mini shop next to the reception. The location is really good, next to the Maha Tower, restaurants and shops.
