The pool and how spacious the rooms were

I think there should be a ramp for luggage’s at the entrance. Room needs to be sprayed for insect and a freshener is needed for the moldy smell

Great facilities, amazing backyard area with the swimming pool and the wildlife around. Room was nice and comfortable.

Check in was very frustrating… I booked from the 18th to the 22nd and we arrived on the 19th early morning, reception was informed about arrival time, as I didn’t want to wait till check in time… We arrived to check in and receptionist told us that the room was occupied, so we had to wait until 15:00. I got really upset with this as the room was supposed to be hold from the day before, but communication with the receptionist was so frustrating. I asked to talk with the MOD but there wasn’t anyone else until another lady showed up and gave us a room straight away, adding us an extra night for the inconvenience. Room key wasn’t working so we had to wait for another person to come and fix it…

We originally booked a family room with two double beds. When we requested that one of the double beds be replaced with two single beds, they fulfilled our request by upgrading us to two adjoining rooms for no extra cost. Beds are comfy, aircond is adequate, bathrooms are reasonably clean. There was a water purifier just outside our hotel room which saved us the money of buying bottled water from stores. Staff was also very helpful and quick to respond. They were kind enough to let us check out late when we were held up at the Langkawi cable cars.

Had at issue with the door lock not accepting our keycard upon returning to our room. But the staff helped resolve the issue for us within minutes.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Welcoming receptionist, very large, clean room with kettle, fridge, hairdryer, TV, aircon, desk, iron and ironing board. Special thanks to Farid, a member of housekeeping team on the 3rd floor - a kind and helpful member of staff. Excellent security: door with double lock which sounds an alarm if anyone should try and enter, spy hole in door, plus manual bolt.

The room so big, the toiletries also enough, i really like it. Staff also nice.

1) Breakfast late topup, and not really tasty. Like Koey Teow a bit tawar, and other food also. 2) Hotel no ramp, so i need to lift the bag. I have slip disc, so my old father need to lift it to me. Hotel need to built a ramp, so disable person and resident can use it happily. 3) My room not clean properly like not enough towel & no cover for pillow. The pillow also so bad.

Love the staff We were only supposed to be here a few days now we are planning week 3 at this hotel. Both myself and my other half liked it here as soon as we arrived

Carpet in the rooms is strange There is nothing really that we don't like. Staff are great, rooms are clean, free to come and go as we please. Pool area is nice

Hotel is close to port, shops, bars and restaurants offering various cuisines. Room was clean, quiet and relatively spacious. And everything in the room worked. Small problems are fixed instantly; a small leak on the bidet spray was attended to in minutes. Staff are accommodating, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is a bit sparse, the promised continental components missing. Mostly cold, Malaysian food. Poor is great, but the number of guests entering it fully clothed gives the treatment systems difficulties as the water was a little murky. Guests should also be asked to dry before entering the building. The lift floor was constantly wet

Everything is good in this hotel. I can give top rating. Compare other hotels this is very good for price comparison, with same facilities.Excellent staff

1.Very long distance for all tourist places.except mangrove.within 3 kms Indian restaurant available with low budget price (ammachi restaurant) 2. Pls provide complementary tea/coffee.(Daily once)We need to travel 3 kms for that

They cleaned the room daily and provided fresh towels, there is fresh cold water on the hallway which is a big plus, and a good working AC. The pool is nice and quiet, good for relaxing there.

They could pay more attention to cleaning the bathroom.

I really100x appreciate that the staff would lend me their iphone charger. i was desperate like this before at another hotel, but not one ever would lend me one. Thank you to the incredible staff. Room was spacious and comfortable

shower holder in my bathroom needed to be fixed.
