EVERYTHING, absolutely everything was fantastic. From our airport pick up to our drop off, everything exceeded our expectation. Our room was up graded to a suite, which was an incredible surprise, and generous gift, thank you! The suite was very spacious, with sea views, comfortable bed, luxury bathroom. Generous amount of complementary water in the room Access to the sauna and spa bath Buggy transport on site - just call reception and a buggy will pick you up & drop you off within minutes (anywhere within the hotel grounds, which is quite large and hilly) Beautifully manicured gardens, gorgeous pool, and a separate pool for children The breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh and extensive choice Ordering food by the pool or at the beach was easy, and the food comes delivered in a large closed bento box - clean, and hygienic, very good idea. Polite, smily and friendly staff!

This is probably the only thing ... The hotel restaurants are open to outside guests. On one occasion, having rowdy bar drinkers (jumping in the pool!) close to our table really did spoil the dinner experience a bit.

Flexibility in checking in and checking out...check in exactly at 3 pm and check out exactly 12... If you came early no chance to get you in before 3 pm!!!

My stay at the Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The staff across all sections of the hotel were extremely supportive and attentive, ensuring every need was met with care. The resort is set in a fantastic location, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The room facilities were top-notch, and the beds were by far the most comfortable I've ever experienced. Truly a luxurious and memorable stay!

We couldn't fully enjoy the terrace due to the presence of monkeys, which made it necessary to keep the doors shut at all times. Additionally, all transportation within the resort is via golf buggy, which can feel a bit restrictive. The beach and pool areas close quite early, around 7 PM, limiting evening relaxation options. Lastly, the restrooms lack bidets, so you have to request them to be installed.

Facilities, comfort of the room

All activities should be included ( kids club activities and beach activities ) , it would be better to adjust the rooms price and don’t charge these kind of activities separately. Staff at the beach could be more efficient , only one day they serve fruit at the beach and for water it was us that have to go and refill the glasses.

It was packed with Chinese tourists and children, making it all rather nightmarish. Vastly over-priced given the circumstances. Was stung by jellyfish while swimming- the lifeguard said "it doesn't hurt much" which was rather obnoxious.

Stayed there for 4d3n for my birthday at the beachfront villa with pool, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing and special. All staff were so friendly and the birthday surprises kept coming! Villa (and pool) was super clean and well maintained, food was decent, views were fabulous.

Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had! So many food choices and I ate different things every single day! Hotel is very easy to reach to from Langkawi airport. The room was incredibly spacious and felt super clean! The facilities around the hotel are also very well kept and everything looks beautiful! One of our highlights was the beach area - super quiet and peaceful and very well equipped: enough sunbeds, paddle surf and kayak available, refreshments... The restaurants we tried were very good, specially Hai Yan

Only one negative comment... I asked the staff at the Beach Grill (restaurant by pool and beach) if I had to book a table to eat there and they advised I had to. Booked a table for the day after for lunch and requested one the tables specifically with views. Got there in time for the booking and the table was free and clean - I asked for the table mentioning I had a booking and they asked me to wait. Another family arrived 5 min after us and they gave that table that was meant to be for us leaving us with only tables at the back or the bar available with no view.. ended up not eating that day

Everything. This hotel is much more beautiful than what it looks like in pictures. I was expecting to be in for a treatment but it far e creder my expectations. The staff is incredibly nice, really really nice. Everybody seems to really care about the guests and is so friendly. The food was phenomenal, with particularly the beach grill restaurant offering absurd quality for hotel standards. We loved the beach, the spa, the gym and the infinity pool at the horizon… what a beauty! We will certainly come back 10/10 Value for money 100 / 10

Everything was perfect

Arriving at the Resort was so welcoming by the staff especially Christine, all our questions and requests were well taken care of. The breakfast was fantastic and at the Grill restaurant the food was excellent with a great selection of fresh seafood. The staff’s enthusiasm was so great, my wife celebrated her birthday there with special attention paid to her with a cake and other small gifts, it felt so special. Thanks especially to Michelle at the grill Restaurant and Christine at the front reception & all the amazing staffs for their pleasant hospitality.
