The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The facilities were very good especially the pool. We realised that we were very lucky to basically have the hotel more or less to ourselves, due to the Hotel only reopening in December after COVID.

The only sad, NOT BAD, thing were the stray dogs. I understand that their culture Di not particularly like dogs as much as we do, but to see them starving was hard to see. One in particular, stole my heart and I just wish I could have done more to help it, other than giving it food. I know that the hotel is looking for a ‘solution’ to this but I hope that they do as much as they can to actually help the dogs. I can still see his little face and wagging tail. Broke my heart!

Large room and comfortable bed. The air conditioning is perfect. The room is near to the swimming pool. Great and large swimming pool. The gym facing the sea was perfect setting. Breakfast is reasonably good and should have more local food varieties. My family love it all and enjoyed the stay at Century Langkasuka

The room is under lighted. Room has no light at the terrace area. There is no telephone in my room 2024, so it make me difficult to make room to room call.

We were impressed that they catered for vegan/ vegetarian and the staff were helpful when we had any questions regarding this and the manager of the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. Thankyou. The manager of the hotel Benji was also very helpful and accommodating and we had a lovely stay. The lodge we stayed in was awesome and the sea views were great 😊 the pool was awesome and the views were great. The bar down on the beach had recently opened and we went a couple of times to have a drink, the bartender was really friendly and atmosphere was great. Good luck with that😊

We had booked this accomodation because it advertised sea views which were awesome, however we were disappointed at the amount of rubbish on the beach which we filled 4 big rubbish bags and there was still more. I think if you are advertising sea views I think the management team of the hotel should have a responsibility to see that the beach is cleaned in front of the resort and lodge. This should be done on a daily basis so it stays under control with all that washes up on to the beach out of the sea. The pool tiles need cleaning in some areas of the pool.

I truly enjoyed the resort's peace, relaxation, and meditative ambience. The hotel's location and setting were perfect for unwinding and connecting with nature, providing the serene escape I sought during my stay.

The WiFi coverage was very poor, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the number of staff seemed insufficient; the reception desk had only one person handling check-in, check-out, and even taking care of trolleys, which caused delays. My experience with the night shift lady in the restaurant was also disappointing. She didn’t follow my dinner requests, negatively impacting the dining experience.

The location was good, quite convenient to go to Cenang

The fridge was faulty. Not cold at all. One of the power points were faulty as well. The door didn't shut well.

Everything was excellent..we love the environment of the hotel

Love the location and calm environment . Especially the pool. Breakfast was great too.

The maintenance of the parking / common area, lots of fallen leaves everywhere. General maintenance needed. The beach could be made more accessible as it is more pebbly than sandy, making it difficult to enjoy the beach properly.

The swimming pool..it is simply unmatched anywhere..the size..lay out...cleanliness etc

No cable TV...and local stations are all Malaysian and very poor reception. Another thing of the resort is their food items in the restaurant..very limited items..and generally spicy. Also that such a big resort had only 3/4 guests were very disappointing..not that the resort can do anything about it.

While the place is a little eerie being so isolated from the main resort area of Cenang, it is only a 9/10 RM Grab ride to Cenang. I think there were only 3/4 rooms occupied during my stay. the pool is incredible, it is huge, some of the reviews here are way off the mark. what staff there was, were polite, courteous efficient. rooms have safety box.

the isolation was a little eerie, however I was told the resort's history from the manager, that Sheraton had opened it when the local authorities had planned to expand Cenang then COVID came, all plans changed so the Century group bought it out, they hope the authorities will continue their plans post COVID.

It was Value for money. Though it is a bit distant from all the lighting and focused areas but it was comfortable, peaceful and spacious location. Amazing Pool, Good silent beach, spacious rooms and very good chef! 😃

Rooms closets required some renovations. Pool required a little shade, it’ll make it SUPERB. A little decoration from the outside to attract people.
