Nice beachfront and good BBQ at the beach bar with fresh fish.

The infinity pool is not for free you and have to pay separately to enter, I found this arrangement odd and annoying since it's part of the hotel property. The breakfast staff was not friendly.

Great breakfast selection, so many choices and so tasty. Location was convenient right by a lovely, soft sand, beach. Great views and balcony views from the bedroom towards 2 swimming pools and the beach beyond. Easy to get a Grab (Uber equivalent) taxi to the Sky Cabs and Sky Bridge. Very relaxing.

The Reception area started playing loud music at 7:30am!!! After tolerating it for 10 minutes, I had to telephone Reception to tell them off: people are still trying to sleep; who wants to be woken up by disco-music at that time of the morning?! They apologised and immediately turned the music down. We're here to relax.

Great hotel with a great location, right on the beach, and above all not overcrowded. Everything in the hotel was very lovingly furnished and the food in the restaurant was simply delicious. We had a room with a sea view. Simply marvellous. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a very nice time and would come back any time.

The private beach was amazing. The free swimming pool and jacuzzi were decent. The bed in the room was very comfortable

One of the reception staff was slightly rude on multiple occasions which felt odd as the remaining staff throughout the hotel were very courteous, polite and helpful. The pool water could be cleaner. One weird thing, the staff didn't allow us to order food from one of the restaurants on the resorts'premises to the beach, where they were serving a mostly non-veg buffet. Also, do keep in mind that the room view with terrace, for which I made additional payment is the same as a room with pool view or that's what the staff said when asked.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed,the breakfast was good and lots of choice

Didn't like that we had to pay to use the infinity pool,or that they took a deposit on check in..

Very poor WiFi. Unreliable connection. Additional charge for infinity pool. Very disappointing this is not available within the price.

Good location close to Cenang. Rooms were comfortable and spacious resort had everything we needed. Great water sports counter on the beach Jay Jay was very helpful and arranged fun activities like JetSki and parasailing. Island hopping as well was excellent this was all available at the resort without having to go elsewhere

Snacks at the beach bar were ok but buffet breakfast was disappointing and expensive. Food at the cafe and onsite restaurant also disappointing so we ate outside the resort.

The location was right on the beach, and it had amazing pools. It has a 24-hour cafe. The rooms were nice, and we had a pool view.

Buffet breakfast was ok- I found it quite empty most of the time - restocking of food it was a task for the staff, and it wasn't even peak time. I only went once the experience wasn't that great. No laundry facilities onsite, everything has to be sent away for cleaning.

Room was clean and big. It had a nice terrace view to the beach. Room had a TV with chromecast in it. Wifi was most of the time very good. Bed and pillows was comfortable. A/C was great. Toilet was ok. We ate breakfast once in resort. Many different variations, mostly asian type warm dishes, egg station and all like typical western type of cold dishes. Little bit pricey, but there was lot of different types of food. Pool & Beach area was awesome. Lot of sunchairs to choose from. There was jaguzzi also. They have net in ocean, so you don't have to mind jellyfishes when you want to take a swim. Beachbar was lovely, good prices and music, perfect place to seek sunsets ! Staff was so kind, helpful and lovely! They were always smiling. Resort is located at the most stunning beach area and near by is many good restaurants! This is the best side of Langkawi where you can stay! Free parking. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

There was not many plugs in the room. Also room was little bit outdated, but it didint bother us. Bathroom needs some refreshment, for examble bathtubes away, normal showers instead. Infinity pool should be free for resort customers.
