The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Calvin at the front desk was consistently welcoming and ready to answer any questions or solve any problems you might have. The rooms werewell designed, large and comfortable. The art work in the rooms and the public spaces is excellent.

There needs to be hand rails and brighter lighting on the stairs. For safety!

Stylish decor at the front of the hotel, in the lobby and little seating areas within. The room was a good size with plenty of space and spotlessly clean. It was also cleaned every day. The bathroom had a dressing area and the water in the shower was lovely and hot. There was no water dispenser but bottles of water were provided in your room every day. The staff were warm, welcoming and always available to help. Pool towels were available from reception for use at the pool. Other reviews mentioned loud music although we didn't any from our room during the whole of our 6 night stay. Really good location. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, laundry service, spas, tour operators and beaches are all within walking distance.

The pool area was sometimes shaded from the sun.

We book one big Family room for 6Adutls and 2 kids and one Executive room. Both rooms type were spacious and comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly. location was good, there were eating places within working distance, the Deco was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

swimming pool was our 1st choice for the kids, unfortunately the water was yellowish. There was no lift to the room on the 3rd floor, it can be challenging for older folks. bedsheet and towels were old. bath area need a shower curtain as it wet the whole floor.

We had the executive suite. The room was spacious for a family of four and more - great for entertaining. The rooms were also spacious and the bathroom in the main suite complete with spa bath was a bonus. The staff were amazing and accommodated every request. The restaurant was also very good for dining in the evening. Great value for money and we will be back.

the only issue was the restaurant which has great reviews, one night didn't have much available on the menu but that's due to post new years eve so it's understandable they ran out of some items due to being so busy and popular.

The staff here are super friendly and very helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The location is perfect, there are plenty of restaurants all around, laundry service, bike hire and places to book trips all within walking distance and a few cool bars playing live music. The room was nice and spacious with a big bathroom, beds were really comfortable and our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The hotel was well maintained throughout and we would definitely stay again if we ever return to the beautiful island.

Overall great place to stay! Around 5min walk to Tengah beach, which is every quiet and nice. Main beach /tourist area (Cenang Beach) a bit longer walk. Very quiet pool. Great restaurants around the hotel! Staff is super helpful and the rooms are comfy and clean. The family room is located in the courtyard next to the restaurant, some noice can be heard during the evening and breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone who want to have a great accommodation experience in a bit of a quieter area in Langkawi.

The size of the toilet - big, the bed is comfortable, the air-conditioning is very cold, free Netflix. Great location - easy access to eateries. Massage parlour is good recommendation. Boss is friendly

Great Location and Spacious Rooms I recently stayed at Lot 33 Boutique in Langkawi, and it was a great experience. The location is ideal, very close to Cenang Beach, which made it easy to enjoy the area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a nice retreat after a busy day. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Langkawi!

They say free breakfast is useless and the Chinese staff i think the cook too is very rude. The way he talks he dont even capable to work in hotel. Rude chinese men staff!!!!!!

The big patio/balcony was awesome. The jacuzzi is exceptionally huge. Comfy bed and pillows. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. We couldn't request for a late check-out due to the room being booked. However, they offered to keep our luggage as our return flight was late night and even offered the use of towels and bathroom to refresh ourselves.

Wish there was fan at the balcony area as it got really humid. The stairs a bit steep and slightly dark but not too bad.
