Out side the rooms because of the forest there a lot of bugs and spiders nest but i think they maybe clean it well every short time

Had a great week staying at Aloft Langkawi, location was good, food was excellent with plenty choice to be had at breakfast time. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and always had a smile for the guests. The rooms were a great size with plenty room to move around with an oversize bathroom a big bonus. Having a sea view from the large balcony was also a great addition to the room. The infinity pool area and pool bar were a great place to relax and chill on a cool drink. Would definitely recommend Aloft Langkawi.

Everything was good. Iqbal, in the restaurant is a top guy! So friendly, hospitable and kind at all times. Chef Praboo, was super friendly and made great food! I can suggest more indian food such as biryani, korma and such like dishes in the both Ala carte as-well as the buffet, would be very good. The Ala carte menu, has very generous size portions. In the desserts, raspberry creme brulee is the bomb! Must try! Breakfast got very chaotic, however you will find more than enough to eat, as it was replenished very quickly. Location is very good. Only a few mins in the grab taxi, and you are there in Chenang. Evenings are a dream in Langkawi… warm, calm and peaceful specially in Aloft hotel with a sea view room.

Check in and Check out - I had informed the hotel that my flight was arriving before check in time and if they could provide early check in .They accommodated me on my request. Check out was quick and seamless. Rooms and Comfort: The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, with special mentions of the large bathroom, comfortable beds, and nice balcony. The hotel offers a high level of comfort and attention to detail. Food and Dining: The food in the bar and breakfast options are appreciated for variety, quality, and inclusivity, with special attention to vegetarian and vegan options. Room service being available until 10:30 pm ,I think I am not sure as I did not use it Facilities: The pool, bar, and game area near the lobby provide great options for both relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, the offering of a buggy ride to the beach makes it more family friendly. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach Pool- Put up pictures of myself in the pool and everyone wants to know where did I take it. They have happy hours where you can buy 2 drinks and you get 1 free. Service: The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Their attentiveness contributes to the hotel's overall appeal. Family-Friendly Environment: The hotel is ideal for families, with plenty of activities for kids and thoughtful amenities like a buggy ride to the beach. Keep up the Good work Aloft Langkawi and will definitely be back in the near future Langkawi is duty free so please ensure you have enough luggage allowance to take back Alcohol and chocolates which are permitted by your Country of origin.

The amenities were awesome especially the bar, pool and swimming pool.

Property is nice just that we had some hiccups with the staff upon checking out. We charged by the room for the period of our stay though lots of mistake so be careful. We paid the wrong room at first, staff error but was able to reversed it and was charged a spa that we have paid upfront. We understand that it can be busy at times but when it comes to charging the customer, staff should be extra careful because imagine if we already left the property or didn’t checked the breakdown of our charges? Anything can happen and trust is of course imminent and it’s money, kinda ruined our last few hours of stay.

Travellled with an elderly parent Staff were very warmth and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, with amazing views of the bay, enjoyed the balcony and witnessing sunsets. Great hotel facilities, 24h gym, pool is a little small and right i front of the restaurant. However, there's direct beach access from the hotel just a few hundred meters away. Plenty of international food options along the street, one would need to travel out for the local flavors and eateries.

We loved our stay in this hotel, everything was perfect and exactly as described on Booking. The sea view from our room was breathtaking. The room was very spacious, clean and equipped with everything necessary including toothbrush, toothpaste etc. We really enjoyed the swimming pool area, the gym and the SPA. The food was always fresh and very tasty, we bought a package for breakfast and lunch/dinner (we could choose one of these every day). The location of the hotel is great, there’s lots of shops and restaurants nearby, it only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport and you can also reach all main attractions easily. We rented a scooter but we also used a taxi once to get to the other part of the island and it only cost us 4€. Huge thanks to the staff for their politeness and for always being helpful.

Our ocean view room was large, the bathroom was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. We also ordered room service one night, and the food was EXCELLENT. The delivery was fast and the pricing was incredible.

The staff at the breakfast buffet could smile more. Hardly anyone there was very friendly. You'd have to initiate a 'selamat pagi' or 'good morning,' before any of the staff even acknowledge you. The fitness center has NO AC, so it made for a very stuffy room. We'd have to keep the door open to allow in some air. This is unacceptable. Lastly, the pool stays open until 11 PM -- this is quite late, especially when the guests at the pool are loud. This is disturbing to other guests whose rooms face the pool. Management should consider closing the pool at 9:30 or 10 PM.
