The Villa was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. It was much bigger than we expected! The private pool was great to have as well, and the reception team and staff were always very prompt in helping us!

The handheld shower did not work, so we just used the rain shower head (this was not too much of an issue, but just wanted to note…). The night time pool lights also turned off a few days into our stay.

It’s just like the photos. 24h concierge was helpful when we arrived late at night. Some lightbulb needed fixing and it was done quickly.

Tap water was brown but we later learnt it was a Langkawi problem and not specific to this property. Tap water was brown at another luxurious hotel we visited for lunch too. Looma staff was understanding and provided lots of bottled water!

The villa organized transport to pick us up by a mini van at Langkawi airport. Check-in and check-out was hassle free. The villa was very clean and smelled very nice. We were 3 families (total 10 people) and there was plenty of space for all of us. We made full use of the swimming pool, the children really enjoyed using it. It was very easy to keep in contact with reception via WhatsApp, they were very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The property is actually 2 adjoining villas, you have to come out one villa to enter the other. It was a bit tedious to keep coming in and out of each villa to use the kitchen. Not sure why it wasn't just one big villa. There are no sun loungers or outdoor tables and chairs by the pool. The coffee cups were too small, a bigger mug would have been useful for morning coffees/teas. A bigger dustbin in the kitchen would be better considering the villa can accommodate up to 12 pax.

When booking via booking.com you need to be aware that the amenities listed may not apply to the unit you have booked. For example, our two bedroom villa did not have a kitchen although the description of facilities suggested it did. I suspect that kitchens are only included in the larger properties. This is not the property owner’s fault but that of booking.com which doesn’t make clear which facilities are included with each type of property. My only other suggestion is that the pool area would benefit from sun loungers or at least comfortable outdoor seating. The only furniture that was provided was in the full sun and was so uncomfortable (with a rock hard cushion) it couldn’t be used.

The location, the facilities and the perks of the villa unit in general.

The pool was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The housekeeping and frontdesk requested that we inform them when best to clean the pool a day before use, i.e. the night before using and also asked later if they could clean the pool after they did housekeeping which we requested for the second day of our stay. However due to timing issues and preference of cleaning while we are not in the villa, the cleaning did not occur. The water from the main bathroom tap and shower had a iron/rusty colour, smell and taste to it. But it was only slight. I do not know if the other villas faced this issue but ours definitely did.

I wished that there had been more cooking facilities at the villa. There was only a microwave and nothing else not even a toaster so we couldn't even have breakfast at the villa. Whilst it is very cheap to eat on in Langkawi, we hired a villa because we wanted to relax in the villa and by the pool there. Also there was limited furniture by the pool and on the pool patio. It would have been so much better if there had been some sun loungers and a table and chairs. The villa was so lovely we wanted to actually spend time there but there was no where to lie comfortably by the pool or eat al fresco

Very nice modern villa which was clean and had all the amenities available. The staff were excellent and very friendly and always welcomed and answered questions with a smile. The ground staff were amazing and very welcoming and we travelled with a toddler and they were amazing towards him. The pool is a nice size and the rooms were spacious. The added details to villa were impressive and was a very pleasant stay. The villa is not far from walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants.

I didn't like that the rooms were not cleaned on daily basis and was on request. But other than that lovely place. Also the items within the villa felt they were made from cheap materials and although it's new now, I feel it will not age well such as the shower and taps etc

My kids enjoy the pool so much. The pantry were equipped with bowl, plate, cutleries even knife and big bowl for Instant Noodle. They provided complimentary Cookies and Chocolate in the fridge and provided 4 big Mineral water. The microwave and Fridge were very convenient for usage. There's hot water at all times with good water pressure. Sufficient towel were provided. AC unit was located at the right location. The room was clean with nice smell.

We couldn't find any prayer mat or Kiblah direction for us to perform Prayers. However, thanks to good WIFI coverage, we easily get direction on the Kiblah. One of shower head had small defect but that does not affect the overall function.

Everything! The private pool was wonderful, the staff were so lovely and helpful, and the accommodations were very comfortable. Located close to plenty of things too.

Very friendly and helpful staff providing good service throughout the check in till check out process. Very pleasure experience as they pay attentions and fulfilled our requests as soon as they available. Love the rooms cleanliness, design and facilities. Kids and adults all enjoy a lot especially with the pool and watching squirrels stealing papaya from neighbor’s trees was a nice surprise. Love the atmosphere there, able to relax in this luxury settings with best location close to beach and good restaurants while enjoying the local nature and settings.
