Since it’s a new property it was very clean and beautiful. The decor was amazing. Pillows and beds as well as towels were very luxurious and fluffy. Washer/dryer machine was a great plus. TV’s in every room. A nice balcony to seat on and watch the sunset

There was no place to hang up clothes anywhere in the rooms or the bathrooms. I wish there was somewhere to hang up swimming suits. On our first night in the room we had ant infestation. But the hotel staff changed our room promptly and we’re very helpful

The flat was very spacious with a bathroom in each bedroom. The hotel is very new and well maintained. The cleanliness is beyond perfect really. The washing machine is definitely great for families. The breakfast buffet is amazing with local and western dishes. The sunset from the rooftop pool is incredible. And many excellent restaurants are opposite the hotel giving a variety of choices for dining not too far away. We loved staying at this hotel and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

In the rooms we are not able to connect to the TV and therefore to our Netflix account. But that's just a detail and it enabled us to have a screen-free treatment 😉. And for black travellers, there's a predominantly Chinese clientele in this hotel, and many of them were taking photos of us without our permission. And in the long run it became a burden and uncomfortable. Even if it’s not the responsibility of the hotel but more due to the customers attitudes.

The rooftop bar and pool are amazing: great view and best cocktails in town! The room was nice and modern, the bed was the most comfortable one out of all the hotels we have experienced in Malaysia. This is a very new hotel, some of the areas around were still under construction, but we weren't bothered by any sounds. The dining area is pretty and stylish. The staff went above and beyond. Once fully opened, this hotel will become a real jem in Langkawi!

The buffet breakfast could benefit from more variety of food selections. The bathrooms need hooks for the towels.

I love interior design of this new hotel. Bed is super big and comfy. The rooftop is huge with bar and alot of pool chair

We request the room facing sea view, upon arrival they mentioned that the seaview room need to add on rm150/night. They got us room facing roadside with bit of mountain view instead. They should have informed us prior arrival on the additional charges on the seaview room and belive that they should have a separate option on the booking for the room view type. It is frustrating.

The hotel is new and clean. The staffs are very accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Stunning view from the swimming pool. Great location especially when you rent a car there. We have elderly parent with us so walking is not really an option. Overall, we really like the hotel.

Since the hotel is relatively new, some of the facilities are not yet completed and only 1 restaurant operating which did not bother us at all. Missing small details in the 2 bedroom apartment like the phone is not yet working, no trash can in 1 of the bathrooms, and would love if there are bowls too in the apartment and not just plates.

The view was amazing, we loved watching the sun set from the roof top. Very clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was great.

The beach was beautiful but the walk to the beach through a narrow alleyway wasn't pleasant..

Great location. Junior suite was spacious and had the most amazing views. The rooftop pool really made the holiday for us. The water was clean and the bar and snacks easily accessible. The staff knew us by name.

The service for the room and the villa was variable. Mostly it was good but we had to remind them to leave things like toilet paper and to change the sheets. We had loads of moisturiser but ran out of shower gel. Little things only and they were always fixed upon request but it was annoying at times. A little more training needed possibly. We felt it would be beneficial to have a larger choice of food at the rooftop such as salads for lunch such as those available on the 4th floor restaurant.

Stayed 11 nights. Staff were exceptional, suite was brilliant with both mountain and beach views. Included breakfast was excellent. Coffee machine in our room. Rooftop pool was terrific, with good selection of drinks & food. Plenty of parking available. Close to many restaurants, laundry & small supermarkets. 5 minute walk to the beach or take the free shuttle.

A certain selfish clientele think they're entitled to put towels on pool lounges early in the day and not return till later. I understand this is really difficult for staff to monitor. This was the only downside here at this resort.

We had a penthouse room on 13 floor with swimming pool on the balcony. It had a lovely view. Roof top pool area was very good.

Breakfast and lunch need to be improved. More options and regular change of menu dishes.

This hotel caught us off guard, we were not expecting the facilities that we got. The rooms were beautiful and spacious! The amenities in the bathroom were of Balmain which was unexpected. The showers and tub were fantastic. It had a decent view, but not the best. but the best part was the Breakfast. OMG. Best breakfast spread i've had in Malaysia. The breakfast staff was on point with our requests. The food assortment was insane!! I cannot recommend this enough!! Its a great deal no doubt! Highly Recommend!! This exceeded our expectations in comparison to Rebak Island resort where we stayed for 2 days.

It was far from the main beach. Although you could view it from the hotel. It was also far from the main shopping/ beach street. But a grab could take you there in 10-15RM. We had requested for an early checkin but we werent facilitated till 30 mins before checkin time. So we had to wait 4 hours. So dont bank on getting a room earlier.
