The location of the property is superb. It's a 10 minute walk from the Cenang beach. The property has space for parking your scooter as well so that came in pretty handy. The staff was polite. Though they didn't speak English, they were very kind. The room was good as well. No complaints. Cherry on top was the small area around the room where you can just sit and chill. The biggest surprise was the pool. The place, actually has a nice little pool to cool off.

Everything seemed to be in order. The place does not offer breakfast. So in case you are looking for a place with breakfast included, do keep this in mind.

We loved the location. It was easy to walk everywhere. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The area was super quiet which we appreciated. The pool was a nice amenity to have on a hot day.

Although there was a small fridge in the suite, every time you took the key out to leave for the day, the fridge power also went off. It makes putting anything in the fridge rather pointless if you plan to leave for the full day touring or exploring. It would be warm by the time you returned. The fridge should be wired separately so it can actually be used as intended.

The room was big enough for multiple days (we extended for two more days) and had a rack with some hangers. The room & bath was clean and no bugs or anything inside, apart from a slight smell in the bathroom. There is a kettle and two mugs available, nothing else. Pool and outside area was clean, there is a table with chairs for every room, which is nice. Location is really close to Pantai Cenang & Tengah, scooter rental is a 5min walk away. Money/value ratio is really good, owner is very nice and helps out if needed. We can recommend staying here :).

Rooms have spider webs and bathroom has slight smell, but those are minor complaints.

It was lovely to have a pool to cool off in the afternoon. The room was as expected, quite clean on initial arrival and with a good A/C.

Fridge is wired into the power off when the key is removed. It would be nice if the fridge could be kept on when you're out for the day to keep things cool. Daily housekeeping wasn't done at all - it should be removed from the listing if daily room make-up/cleaning isn't a feature. Smell from the drains needs attention.

I really liked the pool where the water was beautifully warm. Nice room, quiet at night. I slept well. Unfortunately the air conditioning is positioned so that it blows directly on the bed, but that's in almost all the accommodations I've been to. I turned it off for the night. Fridge a little noisy, but I've gotten used to it while traveling. Bathroom fine, everything worked as it should. The accommodation is a bit far away from the centre, it's a nice walk.

The pool area was very nice, we had fun swimming and relaxing here. Having a covered outdoor area was convenient to then dry our wet clothes. The room itself was reasonably sized and had a comfortable bed. The shower area wasn't the greatest, but again perfectly fine for a few nights. It was also excellent viewing the late night lightning storm from the large window. The location was good, the hotel is in a quiet area just a short walk to the restaurants, beaches and shops.

Nothing in particular, it was a decent stay. Our toilet bin never got emptied during our stay, but that's maybe something we should have requested.

Big, clean room and friendly staff. Free drinking water if you have a bottle. The owner organized a rental car for us for 70 RM per day. For comparison, a scooter is 35 RM per day, a bike is 25 RM per day. Parking is free. Beach, restaurants and laundry in walking distance. Booked for two nichts, stayed for nine.

Just a recommandation: would be good to have laundry rack outside which would definatly fit on the terrace.

Amazing price quality. Super clean, neat and comfortable. The host is super friendly and helpful. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is very nice, has hot water and good water pressure. There is a nice pool. The location is good, motorbike rental within a 500m walk. 20 Minutes from the airport.

Property is a 15min walk to the beach and even has a nice little pool right outside of the rooms. It was very good value for money. Fast and reliable WiFi network.

The sink smelled really bad which i guess has not a lot to do with the property since it smelled like this everywhere in Pantai Cenang area.
