The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is convenient for exploring the island. You are never more than 30-40 mins from any location on the island by motor bike due to the central location. There is motor bikes for rent close to the property. If you are looking to spend a day at the beach, the nearest beach is only a 10 min walk away as well many shops and restaurants. Mas is a great host and she made us feel right at home immediately. Her cats are great characters as well and provide great entertainment. Hopefully we’ll get back to Langkawi again and stay with Mas another time.

Seven Stones is a piece of heaven. The location is so peaceful and pretty, but everything you need is within walking distance. Mas is so lovely and takes great care to make sure all of her guests have a perfect stay. The bungalows are spacious and spotlessly clean, breakfast is delicious and the cats are adorable. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is amazing value for the money. We had a clean, comfy and spacious room(s) with everything we needed. I think the place is better than in pictures. Mas is an excellent host, always there for us but also thoughtful about our privacy. She helped us to rent a scooter, did our laundry and cooked us excellent local breakfast every day. Also her restaurant recommendations were very good. She speaks excellent english and it is delightful to chat with her. She is also very keen on developing the place so she was interested in all the development ideas. And last but not least, the cats! They so friendly and most mornings some of them were waiting on our room door. I could definitelly recommend this place and go back myself.

Just what I was hoping for. A quiet retreat, not too far (but far enough for some quiet) from the main Cenang area. Mas was the most amazing host. She made me feel comfortable and genuinely welcome from even before arriving (personal message in Booking.com). Mas was a genuinely first class host. Morning coffee/breakfast and a great conversation on all things of life. Mas was also able to arrange excursions for me on the island without the tourist penalties and pain that would incur, arranging in town. The location is honest & peaceful and the cats are a huge bonus if you simply want to unwind. I would 100% go back. Looking forward to my next stay.

I can't find anything I didnt like. That a first.

This was hands down one of the best places I've stayed in in southeast asia. I decided against a large hotel chain and went for this at the last minute because I wanted something quieter away from the crowd. Turned out to be a great decision. Mas was an excellent host and really fun to be around. My daily morning routine was breakfast out in the patio chatting with her. There are many cute cats in the compound to play with too - there's a fluffy orange one that really looks like Garfield. And the facilities were excellent - clean, large rooms and within walking distance to the beach. There really isn't anything to dislike. Highly recommended!

Mas was the best part of our stay! She welcomed us warmly and was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our visit. She made us breakfast every morning, which we truly appreciated. We stayed for three nights, and the location of the place was just perfect. The local stores had everything we needed, and the people in the area were so welcoming—always smiling. There are many mosques nearby, which is wonderful for my Muslim friends, and most of the locals in the area are Muslim, adding to the sense of community. You should know—it's nothing fancy. It's very simple, very humble, but it feels like home. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re one of the locals. You just need to be open-minded and willing to try new things—it’s really worth it. Mas also has many cats—haha—and the place is surrounded by different animals, which added to its charm: roosters, frogs, birds, squirrels, and of course, lézards! Don’t worry, they’re all outside and you mostly see them when you step out. You’ll spot them on the road and it’s honestly amazing—it’s part of the experience! Again, Mas is the best. We love her!

I don't think I have something bad to say about this place, we liked it !

Clean, comfortable facilities. Fabulous hosting by the lovely Mas. Although the units were fully self contained we felt very much part of Mas's home. From the lovely breakfasts cooked to order each morning to the help with ordering Grabs to get around any enquiry or request was met with a smile,. We stayed in six different properties whilst touring around Malaysia, the welcome and personal service provided by Mas outshone anywhere else. Easy walk to the town, we used very reasonably priced Grabs to return when dark. We booked a couple of day trips, the companies were happy to pick up and drop us off at the property. I can highly recommend staying here, we were sad to leave at the end of our four day stay.

This is definitely the best place to stay on Langkawi. The bungalow was absolutely beautiful, clean well laid out and brilliantly set up. Mas, the owner was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble, breakfasts were brilliant, my favourite rotis! Mas helped me hire transport at very reasonable rates, and gave me excellent advice about how to enjoy the island and eat well at a very decent cost. It is essential to have transport on Langkawi if you want to really experience the island and Seven Stones Resort is perfectly set, away from the tourist hubub of Pantai Cenang, but close enough to visit easily.

It was a brilliant place to stay! No criticism

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Seven Stones is definitely one of the most cosiest and comfortable places I have ever stayed at. It is peaceful and filled with tranquility. The location was a 15-20 minute walk from two beaches: Pantai Cenang or Pantai Tengah, and so it was located in a quieter area, and at night you can hear some frogs and crickets, which adds more to its peaceful atmosphere. The owner, Mas, is incredibly warm and friendly, and Seven Stones' cosy atmosphere would not be so cosy without daily interactions with Mas!! Seeing that my friend and I were staying for five nights, she decided to give us a free upgrade to our rooms as we originally had a smaller room. She treats you like a family and makes really delicious breakfast!!! P.S – her cats are all so well behaved and adorable!

Seven Stones is like a paradise in Langkawi. The localisation is perfect, near to the beach and restaurants but a little behind. The perfect for resting and being in peace. But Seven Stones will not be so wonderful without Mass, she is the second sun of Langkawi, radiant and energizing she will recommend you and welcome you like a member of her family. She created a place in her image, where the happiness and joy reigns. PS : if you don't like animals, don't go to this place, it's an integral part of this place and make it better !
