Rooms are huge, comfortable bed, pool is clean

Cleanliness can be improved, housekeeping was slow. We asked for late check out by an hour since our flight was retimed and was willing to pay but was declined on the basis that they have back to back arrival. Can't comment on the breakfast since we didn't try

Very noisy at night, especially if you stay near the massage chairs, people go sit in them without paying so they set of an alarm. 1 time someone sat down in it at 1 am and made a loud phone call. People arguing in the middle of the night and creaming youth, which no staff seemed to think that it should be quite at 3-4 am

The room was very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was big and clean too. The new air conditioners gave excellent cooling. The breakfast was delicious with a big menu. The swimming pool was very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great too as it is located 5 minutes' drive away from the main Cenang Beach and Mall. I was delighted to see a mosque right next to the hotel and was able to visit it a few times. The hotel also has ample free parking.

The hotel is not directly on the beach or in the middle of any shopping area, but still it has a nice location. The staff and team are doing a great job.

We really like the size of the room, and how they were able to organise a cot for our toddler, even after being told weeks when we booked the place, the cot is first come first serve since they had only one..overall they were very accommodating to us..the room & bathroom were clean n the staff were very friendly..breakfast wasn't a huge spread but it was decent and delicious..pool was nice and relaxing.

The bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade to improve the shower pressure, and the bidet seemed a bit outdated. The air conditioning in the room was cool but not quite powerful enough to effectively cool the entire space. While we understand the cultural and religious significance, our room was located next to a mosque, and the early morning prayers at 5 AM were quite loud, waking our toddler on a few occasions.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was what we expected, it's not at the beach but it's not far away. The pool was really nice and generally quite quiet, there were never too many people in at once. The room was really spacious with a very big bed. The shower was good too. I think the listing for our room didn't say there would be a fridge but there was one, so that was convenient.

The wifi was terrible in our room, almost impossible to connect. A deposit is required on arrival, in cash.

Beside the scarcity of available parking space especially during these peak times (school holidays) our expectations are met, from the building condition including the swimming pool which is just in front of our room (you should pick the Premium Deluxe room for this), the cleanliness and the space of our room (it is so big and spacious). The location is also quite near to Pantai Chenang (less than 5 minutes drive) and there are nearby local stalls for street food if you are hungry in the late hours. All the amenities also met our expectations.

The best affordable hotel that I stay cause it exceed my expectations. I thought the stay was 50/50 but it was great 100/10. The breakfast was good & the staffs was very friendly. The cleaning staff also nice, cleaning my room during the day when I was out. Thank you The Villa, in the future I will stay here again! Last but not least, this stay was near the beach!

We were really impressed with the service provided by the staff. They're professional & very helpful. This isn't a 5 Stars hotel but the way they treated you, oh my...I was absolutely impressed! I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Good job dear staff. To the bosses and management please send my compliments to them. Room is spacious. We got a room next to the reception which makes our breakfast easier as we hv a toddler. We dont need to take turn to hv breakfast. 😀 It was a quiet hotel despite its location. Parking was easy. We really relaxed. Just a suggestion,if you can provide a bag scale at the ironing station or at the reception it would be great! But i left mine there and the staff promised to help us keep it till our next visit. Thanks!

Location, near to Cenang Beach but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Large room. Single storey - no stairs or lifts required - and thus room very near to car park.

They did mosquito fogging on the 11th Nov. Yes - notice was given. But - the fog still seeped through the doors/windows. Had to ask for a stand fan after that to blow-out the foul smell.
