The location of the hotel is excellent a 3-4 minute walk to Pantai Cenang and 10 min walk to Pantai Tengeh. Restaurants, duty free stores, laundry all nearby and easy to access. We stayed facing the pool so a courtyard type feel. We had a room with a veranda which was very nice. There is a waterpark and pool in the center of the hotel, so there are families and kids playing. The atmosphere is very friendly and secure. Internet wifi connection was excellent which was important for us.

The hotel is an older building so there are some repairs going on but the hotel has been making many nice improvements to the grounds and rooms. None of it really disturbed us or outweighed the benefits. Generally there is construction going on in the area which can be noisy at times but it is not directly at the hotel but across the street.

No loungers by the pool Maybe could have given us 4 x towels instead of 2 as there for a week but they did give them when we asked Also 2 x toilet paper rather than 1 but again got them immediately when we asked Genuinely lovely staff and thank you for our stay

kids friendly for pool.

big rock inside pool not suitable for children. dangerous and not sure wht use of rock it is. most of the kids like to walk on that rock.. if without rock. pool become more large. room was big but quite smelly and also we found a cockroach.

The hotel has accessibility to the beach only 3 minutes and restaurants nearby with many choice of food. The price for 2 nights was reasonable and we do really enjoy the stay.

location very near to chenang , easy access to the beach , downstair got shop . where you can buy anything you need . bed is big , comfortable to stay

but problem is room , can hear noise from outside . i was hoping getting room facing the pool , would be much better , no parking for visitor . you need to park side of the road . pool needs to be clean often

The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel has lift which is suitable for senior citizens and pool for children. Location is near to the beach, easy access to restaurant and marts. Got food trucks near the hotel during night time.

Hotel should label the toiletries and provide a place to hang towel in the bathroom.

Excellent location. McDonalds, Underwater World Langkawi and duty free malls are just across the street. You can walk to Pantai Cenang beach and other stalls as well.

We asked for a blanket on our second night, they asked for our room number but they no blanket was delivered. Also, you can hear other guest talking from their rooms and the common area.

parking space limited, but still manageable to park at duty free car park

Dont have water kettle/iron in the room..but they provide water dispenser/iron place somewhere outside the room. Services can be upgrade and improves.
