This was one of the best holidays I have ever had, and when I return I will book into Langkapuri again. However, there are definitely issues with the hotel. The good stuff first. The staff are friendly and accomodating, the rooms are neat, clean, and comfortable. The views are fabulous, immediate access to the beach, and shopping district. Lots of water sports available at reasonable prices. The issues are that this is a dry hotel, and it was not stated on any of the websites before booking, also, some facilities are older, and things like bathroom extractor fans are very noisy. There is only 1 TV channel available. But the worst thing is the breakfast, which was very limited as far as western or non Malaysian food. I would recommend that booking is made excluding breakfast.

The hotel staff are very helpful and very polite. The facilities around the hotel are very good. Please allow the hotel to add a face mirror in the room and a set of tables and chairs for customers to use to read books or magazines. The scenery around the beach is very beautiful and enchanting, suitable for families to come relax and have a picnic. In general, the atmosphere in the hotel and its surroundings is very good and not too noisy for rooms facing the beach. Thank you very much. Maybe I will come here again on vacation with my family.

Selection of spreads are sufficient, like usual. Love the rooftop place, location between hotel and it's surrounding places, Less crowded, Our favorite place to stay.

This is just a suggestion. Since I came with my elderly parent, you should cater something familiar to their palate as well. For instance, porridge or chicken soup or sticky rice, to name few. Plus, you can rotate fried noodles to fried kuey teow or fried bihun so the food will be varies daily. And please, stick Nasi Lemak to it's originality. It's our national dishes. No need to pretty them up. Oh, and there's no handicapped parking. And the parking lots is oftentimes unavailable. It just my two cents, I mean no harm. 🙏

Originally booked bungalow of very poor condition. Constant noise (day and night) of cars and motorbikes parking just outside our room. After changed to the main building- what a nice surprise: beautiful ground floor Junior Suite with 2 bathrooms, bedroom, living area with kitchen annex. Complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries, bath robes etc. Good choice of dishes for breakfast . Nice private beach

The rooms that were close to yellow restaurant are not comfortable with kids or oldens. At night, it was too crowded by the music and some people that crossed there to inter the restaurant were really disturbing at night... some of them sitting outside the room chairs and table that belonged to our room and started to had cigarette... some of them making noise by talking loudly. My advice to keep only people from the hotel crossing beside the rooms... more security and family with older people and little children not to be very close to the. yellow restaurant. When anyone book the room online if will not be available the same rooms better to know before arriving.

Excellent location - right on the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room in the main building, friendly and helpful staff. Value for money. Would stay again.

On arrival, we were put in a villa type room right next to a nightclub. No internet or working shower/kettle. However, on approaching reception we were allocated an alternative room in the main building and had a very enjoyable stay.

I love the location. Super closed to the beach walking distance . Well located. Reasonable price and the bathroom quite big tho.

I had few to say. 1 of your staff entering our room without our consent . If you knock and there is nobody inside you should just leave but you entered our room so it’s not nice and permissible. And I’ve stay at other chalet hotel before but there is no issue with so much mosquitoes thou , you need to do something about it, and lastly staff can be more friendly. That all that I can recall and I hope there is a room for improvement. Thank you

It’s at the beach, just 1 minute walking to the beach. The main mall area with all the restaurants is just 2 minutes away. The night market is just 2 minutes from the hotel.

We saw the room with beach view and balcony and we booked it. Our booking said “twin room”. When we reached the hotel, the hotel showed us their copy of booking which said “twin room (no balcony)”. That’s cheating as why the hotel didn’t write it in the booking.com website but they did it on their own print. Sadly we had to stay without beach view or balcony. That’s just not good about the hotel or the staff who didn’t help us with it.
