Hotel rooms were clean and nice.. stayed in quad room.. level 1.. they also have chalet which is in front of the car park and easy access for old people and double storey quad rooms as well. 3 types of accm. 1. Hotel room Chalet Double storey quad room. Receptionist were helpful. We stayed in hotel room. Value for money.. Location and food. Exactly in Pantai Cenang. Very nearby to Cenang Plaza and you can find KFC, Mcdonald and Pizza hut. Just cross the road and you are at the beach. So many restaurants nearby and affordable. Shell out food restaurant is next to Warisan Duty Free Shop is value for money. Food were fresh and affordable... Shopping. A lot of Duty free goods along the road. One of the famous shop is Warisan. Along the the road you can find ZON duty free next to the Aquarium. Chocolates, kitchenware items a lot. At night there was a lot of show going on at the beach. Transformer, king kong, spiderman and so on . Non stop entertainment for childrens. Dream forest was awesome. Makam mahsuri reminds me of living in kampung house those days. Entrance Tickets were RM15. Breakfast at Pak Malau Nasi Dagang was good especially sitting and having breakfast in pondok style teratak. Must go early morning because all the kuih muih ( malaysian delicasies) finish early..by 11am.. nasi dagang cost RM12. They also have nasi minyak and chicken. Ice tea was awesome.. Next cable car. London bus ride from parking area cost RM10 and a good experience for childrens. Cable car rides plus all the 3d and trex worth going..RM43 adult and RM30 for 55 above malaysian. 2 stops. Get down at 2nd stop. Once reach the top you need to pay additional RM16 if you wish to use train and walk in skybridge. Or you can pay only RM6 and walk down to skybridge and walk up which is tiring.. skybridge view of the sea and mountain was awesome.. Must wear proper tag because each tag have different age grp.Must show IC to buy tickets.

Swimming pool in hotel was close by 6pm.. Since we went out and back to room at 5pm. And after that went for swimming, in 10.minutes the staff ask us to leave. Maybe the hotel can extend until at least 8pm.

Excellent location, free parking, room had sea view. Very efficient reception staff. I negotiated flexible duration terms. Quiet. Has a basic pool. Nice musical bar close by - Yellow Bar. The hotel is 100m from a lovely beach. Overall select this hotel if you are happy with reasonably adequate facilities but require a top location.

It's a very old hotel and the decor is faded. Still the rooms are large and everything works fine. The pool has no furniture for sunbathing. Common areas need an improved cleaning regime.

Have parking,near to the beach,easy and comfortable to family who have small childrens.

Perfect location...very near to the mall, cofee shop, local cafes, food truck, chenang walk. very near to the place where you can buy chocolates and perfumes. Within walking distance to the beach. Clean room

the room was a bit worn out - the curtain and furniture. During my first 2 nights, floor towel and toilet roll was not provided. On the day of arrival, mineral water was not provided too. The air condition in my room was not that cold even though the temperature was set to 16. Water pressure is a bit slow and the water heater in my room was not functioning

My stay was pleasant! the location was superb. easy to access the beach also near shopping mall. Pija at reception was very kind and helpful. She always give a big smile and very soft spoken. very good hospitality. highly recommend 👍🏻

Location is at Pantai Cenang. Next to Cenang Mall. There are food stalls at the ground floor of hotel. Very near the beach. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Aircon is cold. Beds are clean and comfortable. Fridge and kettle work. Towels are changed everyday. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Shampoo and bathgels are provided everyday. So are the instant tea and coffee. Housekeeping tucked in my daughter's toy friends. Swimming pool is great for kids. The slides are fun. Pool is not deep. Maybe 1m or 1.10m at the deep end.

There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. TV has only a few local channels. There is a telephone but it is not connected. Have to go to frontdesk personally if needed. There are sensors placed at the entrance to the parking lot but it doesn't work. The electric gantry is opened by the guard manning the post or by the frontdesk clerk who can see the carpark entrance via CCTV. If the guard is not there or the frontdesk clerk is attending to a customer, you have to press your car horn else you will be stuck there 😡🤣

Just across the road to Pantai Cenang and next to Cenang Mall. Easy access to places of attraction. A lot of choices of food stalls and eateries. And kudos for the housekeeping team and Ms Mas at the front desk. Keep up the good work 💪.

1, The pool should be opened earlier than 8 a.m. 2, Please refurbish the rooms especially the one with sea view (carpet & window)

Room, though many loose and decaying seen, but roomy, comfortable beds and bedding. Nice view. Staffs are very welcoming and nice with smile, though they do have personal problems themselves (my ear can't help this, comes with my work😅😅). Adequate room supplies.

WiFi in room almost non existent,compare to their other hotel in kuah. Should improve on this. Important. Water in the room, slightly yellowish colour.???? Most of all there's only one 🛗 which sometimes have to wait few trips. And yes the room needed few loving touch up.
