The hotel location is just right where everything is happening. We loved having the enormous room to our whole family. Apparently they only have 1 such big room in this hotel. We had 2 small rooms inside our accommodation that each had a big bed for 2 and 2 single beds outside these mini rooms and 2 toilets. The 2 toilets were a huge life saver for our family of 5 coming back from the beach. The hotel staff are very friendly and gave us a late check out as well. Fresh supply of bottled water everyday. The only thing they don't have is tooth brush and tooth paste but that's not a problem at all. Lots of food options nearby and Cenang Mall was just next door. Just under the hotel is another large duty free shop with lots of local goodies. I found the price here good compared to other shops. The doTerra spa shop is just outside the hotel's door step so it was easy getting a lovely massage and going back for a sleep.

Yes the hotel is old and tired but I was aware of that from other reviews. The floor is also a little gritty to walk on but that's to be expected. It wasn't actually dirty because they clean it but it is what it is. The internet can be wonky and the television is fuzzy but we were here for the outdoor activities. If you are picky about spanking modern facilities then this is not the place for you. Being a practical mom, Paretto Seaview offered me what I needed. Space, toilets and convenience.

Great location, just 5 min walk to the Cenang beach, many shops nearby and places to eat, evening market is also not far away. Hotel itself is not very new, but very clean and comfortable. Cleaning was every day, separate thanks for changing towels as often as we needed. We liked everything, comfortable bed and enough space in the room. Great friendly and helpful staff.

You can give 4 towels for room, 2 for room and 2 for beach, then guests can dry towels themselves, and you need to change only once in 2-3 days.

Perfect location. Spacious room. Unusual furniture but we liked such style and design.

As it was mentioned many times it is really very noisy from 7 till 10-11 pm. I don’t know how the government of this area allows such performers so loud and so late knowing that this is touristic zone where people would like to relax. It is not a fault of the hotel. We’d like to have one more small towel for face and hands. It would be great to have sockets near the bed, bed lamp and any shelf near the wash-basin.

Booked a Seaview room for 1. Room had 3 beds, 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the living area. Living area was very large and L shaped with plenty of light and access to a balcony. Fridge, and kettle provided. Bathroom was more like a wet room with the shower on the wall between the sink and toilet - ok for me but not ideal for multiple people as everywhere gets soaked! Staff were friendly and helpful. Located centrally with easy access to shops and restaurants. Beach just across the road.

The bathroom wasn’t ideal but served it’s purpose. The main entrance to the building was left open (propped open) during the day. As a solo traveller I would have preferred it to be closed as the reception was separate and didn’t have a clear view of people coming and going. There weren’t any bedside tables or lamps.

I think I am so lucky to choose Paretto Seaview Hotel as a first-time visitor to Langkawi. Kuah and Pantai Chenang seem the most bustling downtowns in Langkawi. In my opinion Pantai Chenang would be better to hang out at night ( Especially laying down and watching the fire dance on the beach for a while becomes one of my memories during the 3 day trip in Langkawi.) It's a huge 3-floor building. I stayed on the 2nd Floor and still can see the wonderful sunset seaview from the window. Meanwhile it keeps a good distance from the square. The room is so large and satisfied. It is equipped with security box, table, balcony, airer, sofa, free parking lot, etc. There is a laundry just near the hotel.

I made the reservation on Dec. 24, 2023 for my trip during Feb 21-25, 2024, but unfortunately when arriving the frontdesk told me only twin rooms are available. : ( I hope to get a Queen room next time! The hair dryer is slow and the TV is really out of date : ( The Hotel shower heads are slow : (

It may be a simple hotel but the services provided were excellent. Receptionists were very helpful & attentive! We even got a room upgrade as well. Receptionists are always ready to help out and even recommended us which tours to go for! They also kept us posted whenever the tour driver arrives! Location is superb & convenient too. Worth the money you paid for!

Rooms are a little sandy, but then again the hotel is located near to the beach, is understandable.

It far exceeded my expectations (given the price). The location is extremely central, overlooking the main street of Cenang, in the heart of the action, and we even had a sea view fro the balcony. The room was enormous, with a living room, bathroom and separate bedroom, and although the building itself is a bit shabby, all the furnishings, etc, were in very good nick. Although sparingly furnished, we had all we needed - a safe, kettle, hair-dryer, etc, and the room was cleaned to a high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Large rooms. Living room + bedroom. Toilet and bathroom need to climb a short flight of stairs up. Decent cleanliness. Bottled water provided. Hot water and water pressure is good. Short walk to beach. Convenience stalls and food nearby. Cenang mall just round the block.

Wi-Fi slow. Room has a weird smell. The toilet is up a short flight of steps. Some throbbing noise from nearby bars.

The location is right in front of Cenang Beach, and the room was nice, spacious, and tidy. The staff is helpful and cooperative. Ample room for parking and there is a 24-hour convenience store at a few steps. I'd highly recommend this for budget travelers.

There is nothing much to complain about. The area gets loud at night on weekends, so some may have trouble sleeping, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The spacious of the room was exceptional. Though the rooms lacks in amenities, it was clean, good beds, no complaints on the AC which is a huge deal for me, staff were attentive, overall the best budget hotel around chenang. Even though we couldn’t see the beach, but it was literally a minute away from the premise
