We rested as a family with two children in this hotel for 4 nights, then extended it for another 2 nights. The pool is clean, the room is cleaned every day, water is brought every day, the hotel is away from the main street so the hotel is quiet, the beach is 300 meters away, 3 minutes on foot. Then we moved to another hotel on Tengah beach, the beach is nothing, dirty, deserted. We rented a car and drove around the entire island, all the beaches. If you are thinking about where to stay on the island of Langkawi, then don’t even think about it - the best beach is Chenang.

Quiet peaceful place, just 2-3 minutes by 2-3 steps — and you are at the central noisy street of Pantai Cenang full of lights, markets, shops, restaurants, caffes etc. Cross this street between some shops or restaurents, 1 minute by step — and you are at the whitesand beach, to the left — crowds of tourists, noisy boates, bananas, watercycles etc., go to the right – to be alone, take bench with awning (set of two — 20 money), admire and enjoy warm tender sea… 100 points Central shopping mall, large Duty free mall, McDonalds (for whom who prefer cutlet with bread), amazing Chinese, Malaysian local, Thai, Italian, Arabian and others different restaurants with their special cuisines (for whom who prefer delicious fresh seafoods on your own choice, tasty ducks and chicken in pineapple and so on) — all the street is about 20 minutes there and back, nice to walk, to shopping, to have a dinner or lunch. No alcohol bcz of Muslim traditions. You can buy beer outside and bring it with you if possible according to the rules of restaurent you,ve chosen. But in Duty free you,ll find evr — from red dry wine up to Whisky, from beer to Cognaс, any prices according to your wallet. Enjoy it with icecream and fruits on the beach or balcony... 100 points Very clean hotel, thorough room cleaning every day. Spacy rooms with evr you need, towels, shower accossiers, open wardrobe, stand for siutecase and shoes, modern TV, table with teapot corner, two chairs, refrigerater, very comfortable beds, spacy balcony, outside is a nice veiw to quite palm small street or inside yard with swimming pool for adults and childs. Common view of the hotel is fresh and modern. Small caffe to have a breakfast just near by the reception. 100 points We had a nice short trip, October 23-28, 2022, room # 206, Once again on Langkawi — sure we,ll stay here, no doubt.

The hotel is very clean on site, the room is also very clean, cleaned daily, 100 meters to t he promenade, which is good, because it is quiet, especially if your windows overlook the pool. A supermarket is also nearby, 100 meters away on the boardwalk, but there is only water, chips and noodles, sweets, cookies. There are many different restaurants of Oriental and Asian cuisine on the promenade. The sea is 200 meters from the hotel. Very good staff at the hotel.

there is an abandoned plot of 20 meters near to the hotel, surrounded by a fence, they are trying to sort it out somehow, even an excavator was brought, it would be good if everything there was demolished and cleared. But there are some singing birds living in the thickets and creating a tropical flavor for the hotel with their singing. None of the windows of hotel overlook this area.

Its very close to the beach. Also a lot of food options since the beachside has loads of restaurants of a variety of cuisines. Rooms are clean. They also have a pool if you dont want to take a dip in the beach.

I'm not sure if its mentioned anywhere in the listing, but there is basically a 10 + 1 MYR per room per night additional fee. Plus a 100 MYR deposit that you'll get back during checkout (assuming nothing went amiss). I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, so I paid 10 + 10 + 1 + 1 + 100 + 100 = 242 MYR additional fees during check in. Out of which I got pack my deposit of 200 without any issues. However, even though it might not say it in the listing, as soon as you book, you get a message from the hotel informing you about these fees. Just something to know incase you're on a very tight budget. This also means checkout could take a few mins longer than you would expect since they need to inspect the room after you've vacated the room. But not too long. It took them maybe 5 mins tops.

The room is spacious. There's a balcony overlooking some vacant land. The best is the water pressure in the shower. You can use it to massage. There's a single door fridge. Last minute room rate was a great deal.

If your room is first or second floor, you need to climb some stairs. There's only one chair for the coffee table.

Beautiful room! Strong wi-fi signal in the reception and pool area. Friendly staff in the reception that helped us with the Grab app!

In the future it would be nice to have wi-fi in the rooms too. But it was OK.

A nice place in a good location. Was a bit more basic then we expected (but we hadn't checked that hard, so it wasn't misrepresented or anything). Beds were fine. One small table and one chair on in the room (requested more and got them). Fridge was just a small one. Bathroom was fine, shower was right in the corner though so was quite hard not to have it aimed at the rest of the bathroom. The staff were friendly and always helpful!

Room is a bit basic, if you have trouble with that, probably not the place for you.

Very reasonable price for a very large room close to the strip. Cleanliness was 10/10 and staff were also 10/10. Free purified water at the desk and unlimited towel changes were a real bonus for us. Comfortable bed and a pool view also. You must pay the deposit for the hotel and for bikes in cash so have some ready.

For an accommodation next to the main beach area of Patai Cenang, it was very good. The staff was amazing and the pool was very good also. The place is clean and maintained. I highly recommend it.

The pool closes at 7pm

The room was dated but spacious and clean. Not too far from the beach and shops etc. The bed was comfortable.

It stated that it was on a quiet road, but you could hear all of the traffic going past due to not very good glazing.
