Staff was very friendly, always smiling and supportive. Location was quiet with singing birds as our windows were looking into the pool. Also a big plus the hotel is very close to night food market, just a round the corner if you want to taste some street food. Beach was very close - straight line from the hotel. Also in the room we had free Netflix.

Shower needs small renovation, as water remains on the floor. Would be perfect to clean curtains and add little attention to small cleanness details (windows, mirror, tv screen).

Super friendly & helpful staff with genuine smiles & willingness to help. The location is amazing away from the noisy areas on Cenang beach. Quiet despite being a family hotel on the main road. Everything is just steps away & the backdoor leads to an excellent laundry service across the street. The room has all you need & the design is practical yet really beautiful. Room service & the cleaning staff were very nice & committed to doing their job nicely & amicably. It's a perfect hotel for a family with kids. Definitely going to stay there again & again.

The swimming pool is too small. It would be a good idea if they supplied a slipper/slippers in each room, especially in the washroom. The safe box is an antique kind of box that uses a simple padlock (the hotel is safe but you know, there's a first time for everything). You will be held responsible for even simple things like stains on the linens or towels so take note of that (mentioned clearly in the info sheet left in the room, so do read that carefully. Overall, simple things, nothing serious that would mar anyone's stay there.

The most sincere and helpful members of staff I have encountered in Malaysia, Karim, really stood out from the rest, but every member of staff was exceptional. The hotel was in a good state of repair, very open, with high ceilings and lots of airflow. Our room was exceptional—very large with plenty of space for our bags and belongings. The room was tastefully decorated with a decent-sized bed and great air conditioning. The bathroom was a decent size, and there was a balcony. The location was excellent, not too far from the beach and close to all the restaurants and cafes. It was not noisy at all considering the location. The breakfast was decent and the serving staff were just as sincere and caring as the rest of the staff we met. The hotel is spotless.

The only bit of criticism I would give is the shower. The bathroom has not been designed well. The shower faces the bathroom door, which makes entering and exiting the bathroom after a shower a little troublesome. Everything gets wet in there, and it's just not a good use of the space. But having said that, it's not a deal breaker. You just have to get used to the fact that when you step into the bathroom, you are stepping into the shower first.

Great location, just a couple of minutes from the beach. The room and interiors were awesome—really cool, minimalist, and modern design that I loved.

The pool was quite small and shallow. The breakfast options could be more diverse. The AC unit is positioned directly above the bed (this seems common in Langkawi hotels, but fortunately, the room was spacious enough for me to move the bed).

The location was superb - centrally located with access to the beach, the food and shopping. Rooms were clean and big. The decor of the entire hotel/room was very tasteful and cosy. Price was a steal for such a booking with the location/comfort/decor.

Main issue is with the wifi - had unstable connection with difficulty connecting for most of the days. Also had small issues with the upkeep - sink has a clogged issue (water was slow to drain), some doors had mild issues with the closing/locking mechanism requiring an extra maneuver during the process

Was greeted by Aziman on the front desk who showed us to the room and explained everything we needed to know . The room and the hotel had a nice Arty feeling about it and was kept very clean . All the staff were very polite and provided towels fror the beach and also a useful umbrella. The hotel was situated in the main street just over the road from the beach with plenty of eating establishments and other shops all nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay here with no complaints.

This has been our best accommodation whilst in Malaysia - and we have travel all over the country. Great location, fantastic staff. The room is a lovely design and very appealing to the eye. The breakfast in the cafe next door also has great staff and food prepared very well. A great hotel that fully deserves its rating.

The WiFi was a little temperamental at times - but you had a choice of channels. Sun loungers would benefit from having cushions.

Great location. beach, duty free shops and restaurants are just a walking distance. Staffs are friendly and nice. The room are well kept and tidy.

The room that we stayed in, the sink and curtain was not properly attached and almost fall off. Not soundproof. Can hear cars zooming outside and people talking in corridors and streets. No view.
