- The lighting in the room is dim. - The hotel didn't really take care of the equipment of the room very well . The sink pipe was loose, the plug points were loose as well. The bedsheets looked and feel like they don't change it. The single mattress was quite hard (I stayed in Family Room (9). - The bathroom is okay but not really clean - Overall the room furnitures are old (which is fine), but the bedsheets, lighting, the door knob needs to be fixed and improved. - The pillows were kinda flat

We spent five nights at White Lodge. Our room was in a bungalow on the ground floor. There are also rooms right in the new/remodeled building. The room was decorated simply but it served the purpose. The pool was nice, refreshing and well maintained. There are a few sunbeds to use but they can fill up quickly. The location was great, a few minutes walk to the main shopping street. We had a rental car so the hotel parking was handy.

The bathroom could use a makeover. It was a bit inconvenient to have the shower near the toilet because the toilet got wet when using it. Also, more towels (and hangers) would have been useful.

The location was excellent — just a short walk to both the beach and the local market, which made everything easily accessible. The property itself was beautiful, with the pool area being a true highlight and perfect for relaxing. The stay was very comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience!

The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom, which could benefit from better maintenance or upgrades.

All of the staff, reception, grounds man were exceptional. A warm & friendly welcome from the reception (Wani & Ika, always had a smile and were very helpful) and the grounds man (Hathai) kept the pool area, car park & roads ways immaculate. The location is ideal away from the noise of the centre of the street but still within a few minutes walk to the beach / shops / restaurants. The rooms are clean & large, we had a pool facing room and it was definitely worth the extra cost, good shower too.

We had two adjacent double rooms for our family of four, looking at the beautiful quiet garden with a nice swimming pool. A really nice spot. The location close to the beaches and many shops and restaurant on walking distance is also great. Staff was really helpful in anything we needed.

Nothing really. The rooms are not that large, but sufficiently comfortable. The price/quality ratio is quite good for Langkawi.

This accommodation is worth it's money. Small resort hidden in the jungle with a lovely clean swimming pool. Hidden from the noise of the streets but remains in close proximity to all the restauraunts, shops, entertainments. I really loved the stay and will definitely book again.

My only comment is bathroom, could have been upgraded a bit:) But comparing money that you pay for this accommodation it was very ok!

The delux room was spacious with a hard but comfortable bed. There was a large ceiling fan and air con which kept the room really cold. The bathroom was ok, shower was luke warm but as it was so hot this did not matter. The towels were changed daily if you requested it, the bed was changed once in the 9 nights we stayed. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the cups weren’t changed on a daily basis, only rinsed out. The pool was lovely, not too cold and was just outside our room. Great location, with the beach, food and shopping only a few minutes away.

Great location, clean and comfortable beds in both rooms. Not much storage, could have done with some drawers in the double bedroom. Ceiling fans in living area and air con in bedrooms which worked well. Lovely pool area.

It was the self catering villa, there was a fridge, plates and cutlery, an old 2 ring cooker top which was in the cupboard but didn’t use it as no cooking pots or utensils. The kitchen area is not very nice, leaking tap and rusty window so could go with updating.

Everything was fine. I mostly stayed in White lodge whenever i am going to Langkawi.

Every time staff was good but this time Staff at reception was not helpful. Our flight was delayed and we request to stay more for an hour only and ready to pay extra charges as per their rules. But she was ready to help at all. but she was ready to give room on full charge. her name was 'Wani' not sure if this how she was told to explain to pax.

Great location. Close to all restaurants, shopping malls and beach. Two local restaurants just outside the hotel for breakfast. The hotel is clean. The staff are very friendly. They clean the room every day,so make sure you put the sign on the door to 'make my room'. There is a water filter next to reception if you want hot or cold water refills. Kids loved the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very clean. Great hotel for families. Lots of Europeans and local Malay travellers staying here.
