Its more like a motel with just a parking in front. No view or anything and no pool. The room was clean, no smell, no mosquitoes, 2 Towels, And AC was very good. There is a mamak/restaurant on 1 min walk. Another on 5min walk. And cenang beach is 10min away. Airport is also near 15 min. Owner was friendly. Let us checkin earlier and kept our bags on the checkout day till we went to beach one last time. Most of the activities in langkawi are near to cenang area where the hotel was. Free water dispenser works, although cold water only working upto late evening after that upto your luck. Also shower was working wiyh good pressre and the heater too. Recommending to do visit the attractions in the daytime and go to the beach in evening. Underwater world 5/10 Wildlife park 7/10 Skycable 9/10. But on the way back there is no grab, you have to take the taxi which is like 50% expensive. Adventure park 8/10. Splash 8/10 Cruise 10/10 If you wish to attend these attractions get a klook pass from klook app. It'd be cheaper for you. Restaurants Maroush 8/10 Hadramat 7/10 Mcdonalds kfc subway pizza hut on 10min walk.

Cold water wasn't available in the dispenser most of the times.

The property is in a great location and within walking distance to the beach and busy shopping streets. The room was spacious and clean. The owner was amazing, very friendly, happy and accommodating. We stayed here for 3 nights but needed to extend due to having post delivered and ended up staying here for 12 days, we were so sad to leave and would definitely have stayed longer if we weren’t travelling around.

The room was spacious, it was clean, and the staff was available pretty much all the time! Also it’s quite isolated from the touristy area so there’s many local options for food which we loved!

They could have made the transfer to the airport easier - we were told 50 MYR but even the official price for the taxi is 30 MYR.

Spacious room,room serviced every 2 days, breakfast place just a few steps away, quiet and private. A short drive to Cenang but walking there feels like a workout.

Maybe the outdoor space can be spruced up.

Incredible value and even looks much better than the pictures. The rooms are massive and very clean. For what you pay it’s excellent and includes all the basics and even a fridge. We arrived late from the airport and the owner waited up for us to check in too which was massively appreciated.

Clean, room so spacious. Got parking lot. Near to pantai chenang, near to restaurant. Overall good. Will repeat if come again

The rooms were simple yet incredibly clean and spacious. I especially liked that the shower area and toilet bowl were separated (by a shower curtain). The location is superb - just outside the main Pantai Tengah/Cenang main strips, along the main road but very quiet.

Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and understanding staff. Good air con. Free water re fills. Highly recommend staying here.

WIFI is quite slow in the evening. The shower pressure is awful. Quite far from the main centre.
