The staff were superb. Friendly, and helpful to our requests. Location is near Pantai Cenang, many shops within walking distance. The room is very spacious for a family of 4.

The hotel will charge you for checking in late (after 6pm) because they have to pay OT for staff. I think that's quite an unusual thing to do.

Really comfortable. Easy check in. The owner is very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. If the owner add soap / shampoo for each room, it’s more convenient. Parking is available on site, just for customer.

No soap / shampoo is provided. Only stairs, so it’s not suitable for old people. So hard to open the door because have some problem on the key lock. Other than that, everything’s fine.

Lovely stay - location was good, walking distance to beaches and the main stretch with restaurants. Large airy rooms. Host was lovely and very helpful, able to message her on WhatsApp if we needed anything whilst not in the office and she offered motorbike rental too

I like, ✓ they got the washing machine and dryer which is we can do our own laundry everyday. So we can save budget here. And my laundry done when I coming home. (The detergent they didn't supply) ✓ I feel safe ✓ nearer to the hills and you can drink a cup of coffee while waiting for your laundry. ✓ the room bigger with the price I paid. ✓ toilet attached together in the room. And every room has a toilet and shower. ✓ there is 24 hours convinience store nearer. ✓ the staff really friendly but not busybody with people matters. ✓ has a small cafe nearer. ✓ p/s: this place actually a worker hostel at the nearer hotel. Don't worry, they're seldom at room because needs to go to work. But I feel safe.

✓ a bit far away from Pantai Chenang which is you need to walk around 20 to 30 minutes. = Solution: easy to get grabcar service with rm5 only to Chenang. Anyway, I love to walk along the road every evening. ✓ if you coming to langkawi with family, I suggest you need to rent a car. ✓ nothing to do at the night there. Solution: I always stay at pantai Cenang until late of night. So this is not really matter to me. ✓ probably affected of pandemic, some of store nearer not operate anymore. But I can see, the business begin again. There's some small cafe there if you don't want to go to Chenang. ✓ last : no toiletries. Buy your own soap at 24 hrs store nearer. This still acceptable for me with the price and I a bit choosy with shampoo and soap.

needed a place for one night, check in late check out early for a flight… this place worked well for me, clean and comfortable, lady at reception was friendly and helpful

a bit like a motel… close to nice restaurants but the main beach is far away if you don’t have transport. No water in my room and only half a toilet roll… but I was able to get these things so not a big deal

We had a family room with one queen and two single beds. The room was specious and bright. Big, free parking. Cafes and restaurants in nearby.

No fridge in the room (it was available in the shared kitchen on the other end of the building).

The owner is very welcoming, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean and there’s lots of natural light. The location is ideal, peaceful but very close to restaurants and Tengah beach. There’s a washing machine too.

The kitchen and the gym could be better equipped, but it’s not the end of the world.

We have spent 2 weeks here, and here what I can tell you about The Sassy house. The accommodation is surrounded by the nature, cows and cats. It's not stunning but it's okay. The guest house Fieza (I hope It is correct ) it's kind and welcoming, ask her for everything, she will help you. If you need your room to be cleaned just ask. Scooter rental for 7€ per day. 1 min by walk from Oki Poke (cheap e delicious), 7 min from Tenga beach, 15 min from Pantai Beach.

I recently booked my wife's stay at The Sassy House, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the price was very affordable considering the convenience of its location. What stood out the most was the lady at the reception, who was incredibly sweet and cooperative. She went above and beyond to help my wife with information about the area and even fixed a booking mistake made by our travel agency. Moreover, she was kind enough to make a taxi reservation for my wife at dawn to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. It was evident that she was a strong, independent woman who manages the business on her own with great care and attention to detail. Overall, the experience at The Sassy House was exceptional, and we wish the hotel and its owner great success in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Langkawi.

Everything was fine! Nothing to complain about!

Decent rooms, clean, a kettle and hot shower. No color in the room, very plain. No other amenities at the place. Friendly staff, they clean the room if you ask for it. Quiet location. Restaurants and beach close by.
