The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is big. They provide a swing in front of every room. There is also a lot of places to sit and chit chat with friends. I like the toothbrush that provided. They also provide bottled water daily. Ample parking lot.

The water pressure is stable but not the water temperature. The toilet door is quite difficult to operate, it makes a loud sound during we open the door thus it makes everyone wake up in the middle of the night if you wants to go toilet. The location is quite far from the beaches, but if you have a transportation it is not a problem at all.

wasnt flexible for couple of hours of extension. but not a major disliking thing. However it would have been great if they allowed us that extension.

Room is very spacious. Value for money. Near to airport which you are able to observe aircraft landing and take off from time to time. A little bit far from town area but its okay since we already expected it when booking the hotel, no problem for those travelling with car. Ample parking space.

Room cleanliness could be improved. Fought a few cockroaches during our two nights stay (good news is you can request insect spray from the front desk). Shower drain was clogged, almost causing flood in the bathroom (successfully resolved by myself after cleaning the hairs in drainage, anyway i believe the front desk can help on this as well)

the environment is very nice, the staffs also very nice , but have one plug cannot charge or broken (can improve it) and very sad is the swimming pool close very early for me🤣🤣, when my friends and me come back already above 11:00pm (9:00 am to 9:00pm) the food also nice but a bit less things chooses but overall to me was nice🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻 can keep like that and be upgrade if one day I traveling again in Langkawi , I will choose this place to be my accommodation

It was located in a good area, around a 25 minute walk to Cenang beach, most of the time we just got a grab anyway, because we’re lazy. Room was clean, had everything you needed and was nice and spacious for all our belongings. Also the staff are really nice, and helpful if you do need any help or have questions. Couldn’t particularly fault the place for what we paid, and how close it was to the beach.

Not the properties fault, but it was Malaysian school holidays so a lot of kids, so we didn’t go in the pool because they was all in it. And late at night, all the parents would sit outside the rooms, and let their kids run up and down screaming. Wasn’t ideal if you had early starts, but it was only really bad for one particular night. But this isn’t really the properties fault, just a bit inconsiderate from the families to respect others also staying there.

The surrounding was beautiful with garden and coconut tree, it's really lovely. The facilities was great and room was clean and comfortable. Feel safe to let my children to walk around. Near to restaurant and coin laundry.

The reception staff was not so friendly and doesn't showed interest in handling customer. Lack of knowledge and unable to answer few basic question. Not sure if she really doesn't know or she's not interested to answer. No smiling face and no warm welcoming. Hope can improve to give better journey to customer.

Location is less crowded compared to cenang beach area. Super clean and the Sauk Cafe beside the hotel is marvellous.

Muddy smell came from outside (neighbour area). Can be smell from back of the toilet area.

Swimming pool.. Easy to get parking.. Strategic location.. Garden & gazebo very confirtable

Sharing iron @ outside..others hotel.. every single room will have personal iron..not sharing To many manggots at outside 😣😣 Staff should clean up or put some insect poison outside..

Staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly. Very helpful and accommodating. Good location, 10 mins from airport. Clean and comfortable rooms, ample parking. Great for a night or two for a stopover before heading to the Thai islands or elsewhere that you don’t need to be located on the beach or in an all-inclusive resort. Beach is 5 min drive away.

Nothing! However, I would suggest booking the family room with two king beds and bathtub (rooms are nicer and newer) compared to the family room with three beds (more no-frills and older).

Hotel's location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers arriving or departing from Langkawi Airport. It's just a stone's throw away, which is great if you have early or late flights. I was also quite pleased with the internet speed during my stay. It was reliable and fast, which made it easy to stay connected and get work done.

Here were some significant downsides. The room itself had gypsum board partitions, which were not very effective at soundproofing. I could easily hear noisy neighbors, and that was quite bothersome, especially when I needed a peaceful environment. Another issue was the state of the room's wallpaper. It was clear that it needed an upgrade to match the room's rental rate. Many areas had peeling and faded wallpaper, which detracted from the overall experience.
