The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The menu was slightly different every single day. The location is excellent since it is close to Haji Ismail Group (HIG), convenient for you to shop till you drop.

Unfortunately, I was deceived by the pictures of swimming pool of the hotel. It turns out that the hotel does not have any swimming pool. The swimming pool belongs to the condominium next door. I've highlighted the matter to the hotel receptionists but they said they can't do anything about it. The blunder was made by Booking.com. What a shame..

This is an Islamic Hotel. It is located 20-30 mins from the airport (depending on the traffic). The hotel is in Kuah town center and nearby you find a lot of bazaars, a big duty free mall (HIG owned) and plenty of restaurants. You can access the tourist spots via Grab (e-hailing service) if you don't have pre-booked tours or a rental car. The hotel is old but room was okay. We booked the sea view and it was decent. Facilities in the hotel is good. Amenities in the room is also good. F&B selection during breakfast was plenty. The price was reasonable and it's a good location in town.

Reception staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check out late so that we can perform our Zohor prayers. This was very helpful as I was travelling with senior citizens, and they need to get some rest prior to us flying back home. Room space is big enough for two person with luggage and shopping haul. Breakfast spread was good too, I honestly only expected to be served with fried rice and bread however was presented with more (nasi lemak, fried noodle, beef bacon, pau, salad, bread and buns, noodle soup, fruits with hot drinks and fruit juice). Pleasant surprise! Beds were surprisingly comfortable too and I was able to sleep through the night. You can reach the HIG complex in less than a minute by walking - shop chocolates to your heart's content!

My parents' room smelled moldy when we first entered. My father commented on the "cucur bawang" to the kitchen staff and chef as they were very hard and served cold however the chef seemed unable to accept his suggestions gracefully.

Customer service is excellent! The breakfast provided is good also :)

The aircond is a bit noisy

The location was perfect for us literally a ten minute walk from the centre. The hotel was extremely comfortable and spacious our room had everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Added bonus for us was we were there on NYE and right outside our window was the firework display at the Maha tower excellent . Thank you too everyone at the hotel.

The room is very spacious. I was surprised by how extensive the breakfast was, an excellent value to the stay. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is attached to their duty-free mall/supermarket next door. The toilet amenities are excellent and comprehensive. It is also near to this nice cafe, Tokopi.

The carpet seems old and musty, and the bathroom is small. The aircon needs servicing since the air is a bit dense and gives me a headache. Need to have more TV channels as well, or at least smart tv where I can use my device with it.

The location is strategic. Everything is within the compound although its eateries are limited. There are lots of parking spaces around the property and the area is secure. There is even 24-hour self service laundromat 100m away from the hotel.

Good location. Everything I needed was on site. The room was clean, bright and spacious. The buffet breakfast and the in-room dining, awesome. Plenty to choose from.. The burger set, worth getting!

What I didn't like was that my much needed time away came to an end and I had to leave Langkawi Island - and back to the real world!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Checking in and out was quick, no hassle. Call for bellboy was attended quickly. We had connecting rooms. The rooms were clean and good size. Water pressure was excellent with complimentary toiletries

Maybe additional selection of choices for buffet breakfast. I think it was adequate for that price. For the egg station, only have omelet though Im unsure whether they can do other types of eggs. For the room, I hope they change the steel chairs in the room - quite flimsy and not comfortable to sit, esp if you have to work on your laptop. And not many power points in the rooms Nevertheless, it was quite OK
