The facilities are beautiful. The pool is amazing and. now that there are a number of new shops in the underlying precinct you have everything u need in one place.

The one major issue that I've had the two times I've stayed there is the initial lack of contact on arrival. When u arrive there is noone to meet with u and the check in process is a nightmare due to the many apartment owners at the complex. I've had so many issues and its extremely off putting when u first get there. There needs to be someone to meet u, take ur deposit and show u to ur room. They also need to provide u with WiFi instructions and entry instructions (as the coded door didn't work when I got there). Check in is the worst I've seen and it needs to be amended asap.

We booked because it was close to the airport. I wish we could have had more time because it was so nice but we were flying out the next day. My kids are still talking about it today. The studio unit was spacious and very well set up, with a good kitchen and full sized fridge. The place was tightly controlled with lift and door passes, and the building had a new mall with some shops at the bottom. About a mile away there were various shops, mini markets and outdoor food courts. The pool and kids play area was very nice. The staff were helpful with the key pickup and finding the location, and there is a car park at the bottom of the building with a lift to carry your bags up.

All was great, however, it took us a while to find the actual spot to collect the keys which is well organised but inside the building in a small reception area which we were not clear about. The staff guided us there via various phone chats so all was well but maybe that part could be highlighted better in the pickup details. We would love to teturn here next time in Malaysia.

It is near a university and the airport but it was really really quiet. There’s a lot for Kids, including play area and reading room for those coming with kids. Really nice if you want access to the city and be near the airport.

I stayed here twice while I was there. Once, the room Was perfect but the second time, the room seemed to need a few fixings like the kitchen sink tap, which was broken.

My family and I were only there for 1 night on a stopover to Langkawi and so we checked in late after 9pm, however, it was easy to find and check in. The suite was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning and clean comfortable beds. The shops were close and took minutes to walk to find a late dinner.

The studio was clean and spacious. Everything I needed except for food, toothbrush/paste and soap powder were provided. Food shops and pasar raya very close by. Leisure facilities especially the pool were excellent and not crowded. I would like to thank Nadila for making my arrival and departure fuss free. She is an excellent staff member. I felt very safe and secure staying here.

Nothing much. The toilet was very clean but a little smelly. I suspect it's the drains as the smell intensified after flushing

I absolutely love this place. This is my third visit. I stay here to support an extended stay in nearby countries, or layovers before going back to Australia. The place is clean, easy to get to from the airport. Great cafes, and a lovely walking path nearby. As the accommodation is an apartment, you have a washing machine and kitchen facilities.

There was a crack in the glass near the pool.

Lovely place, great swimming pool, very close to the restaurants and shops, close to the airport.

They forgot to get ready beds for my children, the sofa bed was broken and nails sticking out. The fabric on head of the bed was ripped. Check in was complicated.

Cosy apartment

Parking instruction unclear which bay and level . Parking lot number not visible as its being marked on the floor only. Water quality with unpleasant odor . Could be due to water tank condition. Mattress for beds not so comfy

Was convenient as only 15 mins from airport. Right near the university. Plenty of restaurants/convenience stores right outside.

Beds were not comfortable, lack of pillows on beds, lounge was like a brick, shower was horrible.

The room itself was amazing high tech well designed, comfortable and quiet

The check-in&check-out process. It’s too complicated for short transit travelers. I felt like being prepared to stay for a 1 year lease
