Clear instructions received the day prior to arrival on how to retrieve the access cards and WiFi passwords. I really don't understand all the complaints in the reviews about this. 15-20 mins from the airport. The apartment had a spacious living room with very comfortable L couch and open kitchen. A huge tv with Netflix and good WiFi. A balcony in the front and next to the kitchen with a washing machine, dry rack and big garbage bin to dispose the trash from inside. The master bedroom had a double bed and in a small hallway, a big closet with iron facilities and a hairdryer. Ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. In the hallway there was a second bathroom with similar lay-out. Then another double bed bedroom with a wardrobe closet and a single bed bedroom with wardrobe. The three bedrooms and living room had good ac and ceiling fans. We got two mats for the shower and a total of 5 bathroom towels Kitchen had enough glasses, cups, cutlery and plates. There was dishwasher soap, a sponch and a pan with wooden spoon. Two stove top. Also a big fridge with freezer and a water boiler. 5 small bottles of complimentary water and some coffee. The apartment was clean, not spotless but clean enough. There are two mini markets and several restaurant options in the complex. Nice pool and children's playground as well in the complex. The views were wonderful all around the apartment. My husband liked the apartment but felt a little isolated, for me, we had everything we needed in the surrounding area. I thoroughly enjoyed my home away from home. Don't forget to bring an adaptor for the electricity plugs! Also every plug has an on/off swith above it. Easy to use. As we stayed there close to a week, I would like to make some recommendations. I missed a drying rack for the dishes and a pot for cooking. I booked the apartment, knowing it didn't have cot or highchair, so no complaint just a suggestion to offer it (at an extra cost).

We had a good experience at Bell Suites! The location is fantastic, especially for those needing easy access to the airport — it's just a short drive away. The apartment itself was very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Washing machine and clothes rail available for washing and drying your clothes The views from the room were also a pleasant surprise.Plenty of restaurants right beside the complex and walkable distance to the night market.

The apartment was overall good value for money, but there were a few small issues. There was no nightstand beside the beds, and I noticed some jelly sweets under the bed, which led to ants being present. Additionally, the kitchen chair was not assembled properly — the legs were all wobbly, and if someone sat on it, it would definitely break. This definitely needs to be addressed. Despite these issues, I was overall happy with my stay and would recommend Bell Suites for its spaciousness, great location, and value for money.

Easy to find. Near the airport. Restaurants available around the property. There is a 7/11 nearby too. Staff are friendly, helpful. Had an issue with the shower, they were prompt to fix it. Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, had Netflix on the TV. A fridge. Just make sure to let the staff know if you'll need cooking stuff and what you need so they have it for you in the room. They do have a washer. No clothes dryer or hanger in the room. There is a laundry place downstairs that you can pay for to dry your clothes.

Let them know everything you need prior to the stay. We had a few issues but they were nice and helpful.

It’s close enough to the airport (about 30 minutes) to make it convenient for a layover. It’s close to restaurants (one at the opposite end of the building is excellent). My son liked there gym and we enjoyed the pool. Comfortable and good value for money.

Our only complaint was that the duvet on the double bed is just not big enough (I think it was only a single). With two people in the bed it barely covers you both - every time my husband or I turned in the night the other one was left bare so we both kept waking up which wasn’t ideal.

A serene environment, away from the bustling city, which we came from. The facilities, the gym and the pool are nice, the check in process is very smooth and easy. The wifi was good, Netflix worked well, a lot of supermarkets and other options for eating all in walking distance. One of my preferred places to stay, there's a train station nearby so if you want to go to KL for a day that's very easy.

The kitchen is a bit small, but we didn't do any heavy cooking so it wasn't much of a problem, the beds are a little too small for two people.

Nice and clear instructions about check in and check out. Very large living room and bed. Good air conditioning. Nice window. Clean. Ok WiFi. Convenient for finding place to eat(has really nice Thai downstairs). Close to convenience stores and laundrette. Really nice gym to do 80% of things as a regular gym user. Swimming pool looked great. Although, apart from shops and place to eat downstairs, it was inconvenient to walk to other places but has decent 25R ride to around the airport(air Asia).

No splitting between showers and toilet, I think placing one curtain would’ve served not making toilet floor very wet. Hard to control shower. No hand soap. No bins in living room. There’s a guy shouting out side somewhere every morning.

+ room size was good + washing machine in bathroom + cooking facilities and dining room table + pool was amazing + small garden area + close enough to the train station with direct links to airport +/- bed was very firm - the check out instructions said you could access the key safe room with your room key but this wasn't the case, the security guard had to open this door and when we were leaving he wasn't there so we had to wait for him to come back. Would stay here again

Overall a satisfactory 1 night stay, room was clean and spacious, good shower, good air conditioning. No problems with checking in and checking out. 20 mins drive from KLIA2.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 of the room's door sensor is so not sensitive, I have to try quite a few times to get the door opened, hope it will be fixed soon. The touch switch for lighting in 1 of the room (single room) was a bit faulty too. 1 of the room's toilet paper is running low, I wish the host can provide 1 spare toilet paper roll in the apartment.

the room is comfortable and affordable price too.. important thing is the toilet is clean and both the double bed and sofa bed are comfy to sleep with for 3 people👍 kitchen needs also have too👍 the owner is nice and friendly, the guard is nice too. ☺️

there's 3 cards to use.. a bit confusing at first😂 the card sensor to enter the parking take time to scan have to try 2/3 times and the parking lot to park car a bit far have to walk to go to lif if you're alone a bit scary lah but nothing happened dont worry😂
