1. Ultra-modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean spaces. 2. Excellent artificial lighting in the bedroom, creating a comfortable atmosphere. 3. Colorful, rustic breakfast plates that stood out from the plain white dishes commonly found in other hotels, adding to the aesthetic and unique charm. 6. High-quality, fast elevators, ensuring minimal wait time. 7. Central laundry facility available at an affordable price. 8. Clean, hygienic bed linens and towels. 9. Two-compartment trash bins in the room for separating recyclable and non-recyclable waste.

1. The bathroom was small and poorly lit. 2. The room itself was quite small. 3. The view from the room was of the city, highways, and an abandoned building, which was not appealing. 4. Even with the windows closed, the noise from motorcycles and cars outside was disturbing. 5. The lobby was small and not as spacious as expected. 6. The iron in the room, despite heating up, did not effectively smooth out clothes.

The location is great, near a train (monorail) station. Just a 5-minute walk. It is also near to a food court where you can get great local food within 3 minutes of walking. The in-house cafe also offers good food for the breakfast buffet.

The minus points are 1. Small writing table if you have work to do. Maybe due to the room size. 2. Limited parking space. The basement one is not so user-friendly.

Good location, Clean and comfortable

I don’t like when they give me rooms that is facing an abandoned building which I will definitely reject because I prefer rooms facing the city. It was my second time there and I had informed the staff if they could just put it in my preference that I preferred the city view so that in future when I visit they would not assign me the room facing the abandoned building. However when I visited for the second time they still assign me the rooms facing the abandoned building. I guess the staff did not take note or write a note of preference for a profile.

Excellent reception staff Ms Wanie serving us. Hotel has given us an upgrade of our stay and a complimentary cake and fruit plater with nicely decorated swans and wording Happy Anniversary to us. A very handwritten from Azion from Front Office Manager welcomed us for our anniversary with all the above mentioned provided to us to made our stay a wonderful experience. Early morning at 1am to 5 am in the morning, we can hear the roads roaming with streams of motorbikes continuing throughout the night till 5am we disturbing our sleep. If the noise is not there, it would be a perfect hotel stay for us.

The room we booked was clean, spacious and had a good view. Initially I felt the location was not central enough for me but quickly learned that this was a good thing. The traffic in central can get crazy and if you are planning to go to places outside the centre like Batu you wouldn't want to be in the direct centre. Everything was a cheap taxi away anyway. The bathroom was clean, and also had a view.

Nothing negative I can think of.

Considered as a quite new property located in a not so hectic street with modern minimalist yet functional design, organic head and body toiletteries, fresh and clean towels & bedding, that are ready to welcoming guests to stay in for short business trip as well as long holidays. Local cuisines side by side with international variety in a decent quite modest range are so tempting to satisfy the curious taste buds. A 24 hour - self service - coins laundry stand by in the lower level are really helpful for dirty clothes. Thumbs up!

everything is perfect about the property

At 10:30am, i assumed it was one of the housekeeping staff, entered our room with their own access card. luckily we put the latch door on so he cant open the door all the way. it was very upsetting. i think they got it mixed up with the other room that they are supposed to clean up.

I like the strategic location of the hotel that is nearby to the public transport. The hotel also has been kind to put a note earlier in relation to the illegal racing that often happen at night to reduce unnecessary inconvenience. The staffs are very friendly. The facilities really great and i greatful to choose this hotel throughout my 4 nights stay.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a coin laundry for guests to use (RM 20 for wash + dry). Room service was affordable and easy to order. There is also a spacious and clean prayer room on the top floor which I used after checkout. The complimentary water comes in big glass bottles (which you cannot take from the room), which is eco-friendly.

The room doors close loudly (including the neighbouring rooms), and you can occasionally hear ambulances coming and going (since it's close to Hospital Kuala Lumpur). The hotel provides earplugs for guests, however. Also, there weren't any hand soap by the sink.

Strategic location, easy access parking (need to pay since it’s under DBKL but it was PH during my stay so i got to park without paying), fast checkin and checkout (no deposit needed), clean room, good breakfast.

Only it gets noisy at night because the building is next to the main road but the hotel provide earplug in the room for you to use.
