The cleanliness, strategic location and the peacefulness. Surrounding are peace and quiet. Simple yet cozy apartment with all brand new furnitures. Great swimming pool, gym and children playground. The staff and guards are friendly and helpful.

Very difficult to contact the support, need to go down to lobby to make report when the tv was not working. I am not sure if they have refuse room but I cannot find it, so it was quite difficult to dispose the garbage. And a reminder, if you use their private parking, please leave the building before you check out because you cannot go out without the access card.

Dear chambers management team, There are few issues i faced dealing with your team.i have 3 days 2 nights stay there 1.we checked in at 1 am plus,shocking to us to know tht no card transaction allowed after 12 am,i had a hard time finding for atm at tht 1am plus and im not from kl.i think it should b stated cleary in you air bnb page. 2.the way to specific room are not clearly stated, i became lost and the staff in the reception is not tht helpful. 3.check out:this is first time im experiencing unethical check out time.i wanted to check out at 7 am but the reception person state tht check out time was 9am....if i know earlier i should have cancelled the stay. But the room was good. I really hope your management team take serious consideration about this.

The apartment was spacious, had everything we needed. Staff were quick to reply to questions and resolve problems (no towels in arrival but brought up immediately) - great view, pool and lobby area. 10 min walk to Chow Kit monorail and from there connected to KL Sentral, Bukit Bintang and Petronas Towers - really handy!

The only negative is the corridor echo from other residents but it was minimal problem . Also the address says Sunway Putra Mall but Chambers is on the other side of the (busy) road. Easiest transport is Chow Kit monorail station.

I love the facilities, the atmosphere, the room, the room is bigger than expected if I compare with the price, it's too cheaper than others, it's so comfortable and convenient, and it is below the price u could have, I will repeat if I need a place to stay when I go to kl, the staff is nice also. Thanks

The room is a bit smelly, sometimes it smells like urine, I don't know, it comes from the closet of the washer machine, and the washer machine is broken also, I told the staff already but no action but nevermind cause I'm not using it,

Our family stay at Chambers Residence Kuala Lumpur by Roam was wonderful. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with great views of the Petronas Towers and KL Tower. It is conveniently located by Sunway Putra Mall and both PWTC and Chow Kit RapidKL stations, making it easy to hop on to almost anywhere in the city. Even our 11 month old baby had a blast! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay in the city. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

Nothing to complain.

1.Spacious. 2. They provide water filter, microwave and washer and all working well. 3. Staff is friendly and check in process is simply. 4. Host is provides one parking lot and only need to pay for RM5. Just the building management can consider to improve the lighting system at the lift lobby. We check in at 6.50pm plus, the light at the lift lobby havent on yet. But it is auto-on after one or two minitues. It will be plus point if building management can switch on the light 24 hours.

Reverse osmosis tap filter for drinking/clean water avoiding the use of plastic bottles and for convenience. Very nice interior and spacious. Provided coffee for each day. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay including soaps cooking utensils clothes washing liquid salt n pepper toilet paper. Thought of absolutely everything for a move straight in with no need to go buy little things. Best stay I have had in a year of travelling. Will always book this exact persons condo when in Malaysia now. Moved to a different condo in the same building and didn’t get the same treatment or perks as this one. Very disappointed I didn’t book it for longer period and had to move to a different condo. Very highly recommend.

I found that the room and bathroom were clean. Please keep it as it is. The swimming pool was also clean. The matrix was clean and soft. The staff was good and they behaved nicely.

The only thing that I did not like was the windows, they were not soundproof. At night, there were many motorcycles that made noise from 1 am to 4 am. We could not sleep well. But, overall, the place was good and clean. I may come again.

Very nice, clean place. Could walk to most of what we wanted to see. The only issue was that there is a deposit required at check in and only cash was accepted and we had to be at the airport the next morning and the front counter did not open until 8am to get our deposit back

The room is clean, nice decoration. The parking was at level 6a but it didnt matter since its easily to excess... And cheaper at rate of RM5 per night. Easy check in and check out. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you.
